For 365, FGR, "I love geeks" and "Picture yourself in bed." This is how I spend most of my computer time. And if the mac didn't qualify me for geekdom alone, how about that I'm 24 and still have a teddy bear? :P
Deedee sent a package recently that contained stuff which had been in storage from the old-old house.
Among the treasures were a couple of old Games Workshop miniatures I'd painted as a kid.
I'll post more as I have time to photograph them.
In this last year alone, I've gone through three pencil sharpeners, and today I went beyond "normal user" into geekdom, by replacing the blade on my favorite sharpener, the one in blue on the right.
It's a Staedtler Mars barel sharpener, that isn't cheap as they go, and to make it cruel, you can't replace the blade. Unless you're willing to do a little Frankenstein work.
So I bought a four pack of Staedtler minis on the safe assumption that they wouldn't make different types of blades for each, unscrewed the blade, swaped it out, and voila, like new sharpener.
