Garbage ... lots of it ... starts collecting on the sidewalks for pick up overnight when traffic is relatively less.
Dad did not like that the greatest city in the world does not have a better way to handle garbage :)
Dilapidated garbage can. One time there was a skunk hanging around this thing, and it chased me. I was hoping I'd see it again, but no such luck.
Also, this Garbage can is from a music festival, so I don't know if someone stole it and then brought it here, or maybe the city is reusing them.

There's apparently actual garbage trucks going around the place, but I've yet to see any. But maybe this gives a bit of information as to what happens with the rubbish bags that vanish at all hours through the day.
