Gap Adventures Melbourne staff supported National Tree Day on the weekend helping to ‘Do the right thing,’ just like their t-shirts say.
The team above were joined by friends and family as well as industry colleagues to plant trees in Fitzroy North.

Giáo phận Xuân Lộc: Sáng nay, lúc 8g30 ngày 19 tháng 8 năm 2017, cộng đoàn Giáo xứ Xuân Trà, giáo hạt Hố Nai đã hân hoan chào đón Đức Cha Gioan Đỗ Văn Ngân Giám mục Phụ Tá Giáo phận Xuân đến thăm Mục Vụ và ban Bí Tích Thêm sức cho hơn 100 em thiếu nhi.

Sau ít phút gặp gỡ Ban Hành Giáo và đại diện các đoàn thể, Đức Cha Gioan và quý cha cùng đoàn rước tiến lên thánh đường dâng thánh lễ.
Đồng tế với Đức Cha có Đức ông Vinh Sơn Đặng Văn Tú, cha Quản hạt Giuse Phạm Sơn Lâm, cha chính xứ Giuse Nguyễn Ý Định, quý cha trong hạt cùng sự hiệp dâng của quý tu sĩ và cộng đoàn dân xứ.
Sau bài chia sẻ, cha chính xứ Giuse giới thiệu 100 em đủ điều kiện lãnh Bí Tích Thêm Sức với Đức Cha. Nghi thức ban Bí Tích Thêm Sức được Đức Cha cử hành cách long trọng và sốt sắng.
Trước khi nhận phép lành cuối lễ, vị đại diện ban hành giáo và cộng đoàn dâng lời cám ơn Đức Cha Giuse, quý cha đã dâng thánh lễ tạ ơn cho giáo xứ và chúc lành cho các em nhận Bí Tích Thêm Sức hôm nay.
Xin Chúa Thánh Thần tiếp tục ban hồng ân của Ngài xuống trên các em để từ nay, các em là chiến sĩ của Chúa Kitô, thành chứng nhân của Chúa trong môi trường sống của mình hằng ngày.
ĐÔI NÉT VỀ GIÁO XỨ XUÂN TRÀ.
Giáo xứ Xuân Trà có gốc từ Giáo xứ Trà Cổ, Móng Cái, Quảng Ninh. Năm 1954, một số giáo dân thuộc Giáo xứ Trà Cổ, Giáo phận Hải Phòng, di cư đến khu vực Hố Nai cách Biên Hòa 7 km về hướng Đông bên quốc lộ I lập nghiệp. Thời gian đầu, cộng đoàn giáo dân này là một họ thuộc Giáo xứ Nam Hải, sau đó giáo dân đồng hương từ nhiều nơi quy tụ về và hình thành Giáo họ Trà Cổ. Ngày 19.03.1971, Đức Cha Giuse Lê Văn Ấn nâng Giáo họ Trà Cổ lên thành Giáo xứ với tên gọi là Giáo xứ Trà Cổ II và cử Cha Phaolô Nguyễn Văn Nhân làm chánh xứ tiên khởi. Cuối năm 1971, Cha Gioan Baotixita Nguyễn Thái Chưởng kế nhiệm Cha Phaolô phụ trách Giáo xứ Trà Cổ II. Một năm sau, Cha Gioan Baotixita cùng với cộng đoàn Trà Cổ xây dựng nhà thờ với kích thước 16m x 45m để làm nơi dâng lễ và cầu nguyện.
Năm 1997, Đức Cha Phaolô Maria Nguyễn Minh Nhật đổi tên Giáo xứ Trà Cổ II thành Giáo xứ Xuân Trà. Qua các thời quý Cha quản xứ, cộng đoàn Giáo xứ Xuân Trà đã có nhà giáo lý và đền Thánh Giuse. Năm 2010, Cha Giuse Nguyễn Ý Định về phụ trách Giáo xứ Xuân Trà. Bên cạnh việc nâng đỡ đời sống đạo cho cộng đoàn, Cha Giuse dần hoàn chỉnh các cơ sở vật chất như xây dựng đài an nghỉ và lễ đài Đức Mẹ. Hiện nay, các sinh hoạt mục vụ của cộng đoàn Giáo xứ Xuân Trà đã đi vào nề nếp, ổn định và đời sống hiệp nhất yêu thương trong Giáo xứ ngày càng thăng tiến.

Stationary support framework is phenolic-linen laminate. Motor is 1 HP and will be modified for salient-pole operation at 1800 RPM. Geometry is designed to create a blower effect for cooling. Power dissipated in gap will be lower than most other large coils due to unusually high primary coil inductance.

Piksel08 examines the other side of code, an alternative side to a hard-coded reality of work and play. Open hardware and free software project a utopic vision, yet exist within economies of capital, the dream factory of mainstream technology. Within the chance meeting of sewing machine and umbrella on the dissecting table, hardware and software are flattened.
Kyle drove us out to a hike about 20 minutes from town on the other side of the river. The old trail we took was once the road to get the train in Engle where supplies would be delivered on a regular schedule. It's not a easy place to reach. I'm sure I our non 4x4 truck would not have made it due to size and lack of driving skill on my part.
Kyle's flip-flop broke and we managed to get him back to the truck using some yucca fibers as strapping. His shoe fell apart within 100' of the truck.
This was a deeply eroded valley until the volcano reawoke and filled it in with lava flows. It extends all the way to the top of the shield volcano of Haleakala, corresponding to one of the two gaps in the rim of the summit 'crater' -- not a volcanic crater or caldera per se, but rather a bowl formed by headwater erosion from opposite slopes.

Near Kenora, Ontario, there is a narrow water channel in the Lake of the Woods, which is known as "Devil's Gap". Natives believe there are spirits which live within certain rocks at the lake, and this particular rock is one of the best-known of the spirit-rocks. In the late 1800's someone painted a face onto the rock, as a joke, and people have kept repainting the rock ever since then.

The orange house here is vacant, and the kids have taken to riding their bikes and scooters down the driveway at increasingly fast speeds. Lucien has become obsessed with this gap between the houses. It's hard to tell, but the drop off after a couple feel is significant.

Photo Caption: this photo shows my 65 year old mother and 2 of her grandchildren. She's trying to understand a video game the kids are playing so she can be the 3rd participant in their team. She looks on keenly as the boys explain the game and its features to her. Without her glasses, she is unable to see the images clearly, but once she puts them on, she fully appreciates everything they are showing her. Though generations apart, they find a common playground!
