This will probably be my last dandelion shot of this season. Most have disappeared now and are being replaced by all kinds of new colours and smells.

A little flower emerges on the world

How to make your own fuzzy percentile dice. Details are here.

This was a little experiment with brushing yarn. It can't stand out straight so it's just lying around a little =]

We try to vary the locations for our subjects as much as possible, because dogs don't seem to generalize all that well, meaning that they need to learn use their noses to find the subjects, rather than just memorizing locations, but also because the handlers tend to get bored working the same problem over and over again. This is why we used the playground equipment as a hiding place, but also it was because I liked the bright colors. We train at this park once a week, so coming up with new problems for the dogs to work here is always challenging.

On their first day at Dawson Creek in Hillsboro, Oregon.

I was trying to capture the way Sammy's fuzzy hair sticks up on top. You can see it if you look closely.

Also testing out a new Flickr uploader called postr - quite nice.

I'm a sucker for anything with a cute name. These pencils are flocked and they actually do feel fuzzy wuzzy.

I attached my macro tubes to my old tokina lens that I had and got this cool shot. It's a bit fuzzy but the lens is about 30 years old.

Presumably if you mix these you will come up with a green color... Didn't try...

I'll save this one anyway!

One of the tricks with rotating the 645 is the shutter release on the front of the camera. Hence, this photo. While rotating the camera to the vertical position, CLICK. I liked it anyway, I think the fuzzy out of focus image captures how I was feeling yesterday. Damn you Hydrocodon!!!

It's kind of amazing how little we need to see to recognize a subject as a horse, isn't it?

Caterpillar at Harpers Ferry. He was soo cute. I guess, :)

I spent the last week in Toronto with my family so I was able to take photos. This is Chloe, my little granddaughter. She has super fine curly hair and it's very hard to comb. Like any kid she hates when you pull her hair, so sometimes it's best left like this! Though my daughter usually puts it in a pony tail.

Fuzzy bee and the peony bud

I had a lovely time out stalking bees in the sunshine today.
