I have no idea what "rip fuzz" is supposed to mean, but it's on the sidewalk in front of Liz's apartment and it is endearing to me.

I read that Disney's Animal Kingdom had a more naturalistic approach than is typical for most zoos, and I found out just what that means at the Meerkat exhibit. A woman was there, talking about meerkat society and how they are pack hunters - and then my daughter spots two rabbits in the enclosure.
From out of nowhere, three meerkats jumped on one of the rabbits and started teaing out fur while the rabbit screamed. I couldn't get my camera fast enough - the rabbit ran off and the meerkats were left with just a bit of fur . . . for now. A lady next to me was furious and said, "this is NOT disney!" to which the "cast member" replied, "no, this is nature."
My daughter wasn't exactly thrilled that the meerkats were hunting the cute little bunny, but I found it fascinating.
