Postcard with a vintage map of the freeways in the Los Angeles area. Sent to a Postcrosser in the United States for a direct swap.
The fence is a bit of a bummer, but still think it's a cool shot with the mountains in the background and traffic actually moving!

Notes: The old GWH passes Russell Hawke Park on the left with the gardner's ute in the foreground and water draining across the footpath from a sprinkler on the garden. On the right, the Echo Point Motel sign is visible in front of H & J Muir's Katoomba Garage, with an MGB at the bowser and in the car park - a Mini, a Morris 1100, an Austin 1800, an Isuzu Bellett, a Land Rover, possibly a Vauxhall and maybe a Ford Zephyr and more. The sign on the wall of the Hotel Gearin says "Hotel Parking - Down Lane". The Three Sisters Motel sign sits above the subway at the old level crossing.
Questions: What is the make and model of the gardner's ute?
Where was the photo taken from?
What is the make of the white car and the green truck in the foreground?
Extra points for identifying any of the vehicles on the level crossing.

I went out to Como jetty and got a few shots and as I crossed the overpass back to my car I was given the perfect opportunity for a long exposure to capture the traffic light trails and the sunset at the same time.

So I tried shooting the moon in a long exposure night shot last night but was not too happy with the result. I don't really like the way the moon looks and I had the stupid fence blocking my view... *sigh*... Still practicing, though, and quite happy to get some advice on what I could improve :-)
