If we look around for a similiar mythical being we arrive at the Mantichora, who is a mythical hybrid having the head of man and the body of a lion and the tail of a scorpion.

Operation Florin by Greater Manchester Police

Operation Florin targeted people suspected of mortgage fraud and money laundering in Rochdale.

These raids are the result of an intelligence-led operation, code named Operation Florin, aimed at people buying properties with false documents and money made from criminal activities.

Warrants were executed at addresses in the Milnrow and Cutgate areas just after 7am this morning, Wednesday 17 November 2010.

Two men and three women have been arrested on suspicion of fraud and money laundering.

Officers from the Rochdale division carried out the raids with the support of force resources such as Tactical Aid Units and those in custody will be interviewed by officers from the Pennine Neighbourhood Policing Team while the houses are searched.

Operation Florin was launched after officers found up to a quarter of a million pounds worth of cannabis during a raid at a house on Higher Calderbrook Road, Littleborough on 21 April 2010.

Officers then began an investigation into the ownership of that and other properties in Rochdale and Manchester.

Sergeant Karl Ward, from Pennine Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "Today is the culmination of months of hard work by the NPT and our financial investigator and proves that when we find drugs, our work does not stop there.

"When we found the cannabis plants and stopped those drugs from getting on to the streets of Greater Manchester, it was a good result but we were not satisfied to let it rest there and decided to look at every aspect behind it such as the ownership of the house involved.

"We will always try to tackle drug dealers as they cause misery on a number of levels - to those using drugs, to the community that has to put up with the antisocial behaviour and intimidation that goes with it and those who suffer the burglaries and robberies that fund addictions.

"However, today shows that it can go much deeper. We are in a recession and honest residents are already struggling to make ends meet.

"Criminals who buy property with ill-gotten gains and false documents can affect house prices in the area and damage the firms they borrow from with their perilous financial position, only adding to the problems of law-abiding people who are already struggling."

On behalf of Britain, I ask the whole world to accept the sincere apologies of the British people, for the damage done to science by Charles Darwin.
Britain has a great scientific heritage, having produced some of the world's finest, and greatest scientists. However, Britain's enormous contribution to science has been seriously sullied by the false ideas popularised by Charles Darwin, which have led to a serious decline in scientific integrity, and spawned a whole catalogue of fakes, frauds and very dubious science.

Although it has been evident for some time that Darwinian, progressive evolution is not scientifically credible, and that there is a great deal of evidence against it, the idea has now developed a life of its own, and has become an essential lynch pin in an ideological agenda. As a consequence, there is no longer any normal, scientific objectivity permitted and Darwinism has become uniquely sacrosanct. This is very damaging to genuine scientific endeavour, and has the effect creating a virtual straitjacket, for any field of research that is likely to have any adverse implications for Darwinism.

So what is the truth about Darwinian, progressive (microbes to human) evolution?

The fact is, as we will show later, there is no credible mechanism for progressive evolution.

So what exactly was the erroneous idea that Darwin popularised?
Darwin believed that there was unlimited variability in the gene pool of all creatures and plants.

However, the changes possible were well known by selective breeders to be strictly limited.
This is because the changes seen in selective breeding are due to the shuffling, deletion and emphasis of genetic information already existing in the gene pool (micro-evolution). There is no viable mechanism for creating new, beneficial, genetic information required to create entirely new structures and features (macro-evolution).

Darwin ignored the limits which were well known to breeders (even though he selectively bred pigeons himself, and should have known better). He simply extrapolated the strictly limited, minor changes observed in selective breeding to major, unlimited, progressive changes able to create new structures, organs etc. through natural selection, over millions of years.
Of course, the length of time involved made no difference, the existing, genetic information could not increase of its own accord, no matter how long the timescale.

That was a gigantic flaw in Darwinism, and opponents of Darwin's ideas tried to argue that changes were limited, as selective breeding had demonstrated. But because Darwinism had acquired a status more akin to an ideology than purely, objective science, belief in the Darwinian idea outweighed the verdict of observational and experimental science, and classical Darwinism became firmly established as scientific orthodoxy for nearly a century.

Opponents continued to argue all this time, that Darwinism was unscientific nonsense, but they were ostracised and dismissed as cranks, weirdoes or religious fanatics.
Finally however, it was discovered that the opponents of Darwin were perfectly correct - and that constructive, genetic changes (progressive, macro-evolution) require new, additional, genetic information.
This looked like the ignominious end of Darwinism, as there was no credible, natural mechanism able to create new, constructive, genetic information. And Darwinism should have been heading for the dustbin of history,

However, rather than ditch the whole idea, the vested interests in Darwinism had become so great, with numerous, lifelong careers and an ideological agenda which had become dependant on the Darwinian belief system, a desperate attempt was made to rescue it from its justified demise.
A mechanism had to be invented to explain the origin of new, constructive information.
That invented mechanism was 'mutations'. Mutations are ... genetic, copying MISTAKES.

The general public had already been convinced that classical Darwinism was a scientific fact, and that anyone who questioned it was a crank, so all that had to be done, as far as the public was concerned, was to give the impression that the theory had simply been refined and updated in the light of modern science.
The fact that classical Darwinism had been wrong all along, and was fatally flawed from the outset was kept quiet. This meant that the opponents of Darwinism, who had been right all along, and were the real champions of science, continued to be vilified as cranks and scorned by the mass media and establishment.

The new developments were simply portrayed as the evolution and development of the theory. The impression was given that there was nothing wrong with the idea of progressive (macro) evolution, it had simply 'evolved' and 'improved' in the light of greater knowledge.

This new, 'improved' Darwinism became known as Neo-Darwinism.

So what is Neo-Darwinism? And did it really solve the fatal flaws of the Darwinian idea?

Neo Darwinism is progressive, macro evolution - as Darwin had proposed, but based on the ludicrous idea that random mutations (accidental, genetic, copying mistakes) selected by natural selection, can provide the constructive, genetic information capable of creating entirely new features, anatomical structures, organs, and biological systems. In other words, it is macro evolution based on a belief in a total progression from microbes to man through billions of random, genetic, copying MISTAKES, over millions of years.
However, there is no evidence for it whatsoever, and it is should be classified as unscientific nonsense which defies logic, the laws of probability, the law of cause and effect and Information Theory.

People are sometimes confused, because they know that 'micro'-evolution is an observable fact, which everyone accepts. However, evolutionists often cynically exploit that confusion by citing obvious examples of micro-evolution such as: the Peppered Moth, Darwin's finches, so-called superbugs etc., as evidence of macro-evolution.
Of course such examples are not evidence of macro-evolution at all. The public is simply being hoodwinked, and it is a disgrace to science. There are no observable examples or evidence of macro-evolution and no examples of a mutation, or a series of mutations capable of creating entirely new structures, body parts, organs etc. and that is a fact. It is no wonder that W R Thompson stated in the preface to the 1959 centenary edition of Darwin's Origin of the Species, that ... the success of Darwinism was accompanied by a decline in scientific integrity.

Micro-evolution is simply the small changes which take place, through natural selection or selective breeding, but only within the strict limits of the built-in variability of the existing gene pool. Any constructive changes outside the extent of the existing gene pool requires a credible mechanism for the creation of new, beneficial, genetic information, that is essential for macro evolution.
Micro evolution does not involve or require the creation of any new, genetic information. So micro evolution and macro evolution are entirely different. There is no connection between them at all, whatever evolutionists may claim.
Once people fully understand that the differences they see in various dogs breeds, for example, are merely an example of limited micro-evolution (selection of existing genetic information) and nothing to do with progressive macro-evolution, they begin to realise that they have been fed an incredible story. The dogs remain dogs and will always remain dogs, hundreds of years of experiment and observation through selective breeding confirms that.

To explain further.... Neo-Darwinian, macro evolution is the ridiculous idea that everything in the genome of humans and every living thing past and present (apart from the original genetic information in the very first living cell) is the result of millions of genetic copying mistakes..... mutations ... of mutations .... of mutations.... of mutations .... and so on - and on - and on.

In other words, Neo-Darwinism proposes that the complete genome (every scrap of genetic information in the DNA) of every living thing that has ever lived was created by a series ... of mistakes ... of mistakes .... of mistakes .... of mistakes etc. etc.

If we look at the whole picture we soon realise that what is actually being proposed by evolutionists is that, apart from the original information in the first living cell (and evolutionists have yet to explain where that original information came from?) - every additional scrap of genetic information for all - features, structures, body parts, systems and processes that exist, or have ever existed in all living things, such as:
skin, bones, bone joints, shells, flowers, leaves, wings, scales, muscles, fur, hair, teeth, claws, toe and finger nails, horns, beaks, nervous systems, blood, blood vessels, brains, lungs, hearts, digestive systems, vascular systems, liver, kidneys, pancreas, bowels, immune systems, senses, eyes, ears, sex organs, sexual reproduction, sperm, eggs, pollen, the process of metamorphosis, marsupial pouches, marsupial embryo migration, mammary glands, hormone production, melanin etc. .... have been created from scratch, by an incredibly long series of small, accumulated mistakes ... mistake - upon mistake - upon mistake - upon mistake - over and over again, millions of times. That is ... every part, system and process of all living things are the result of literally billions of genetic MISTAKES of MISTAKES, accumulated over many millions of years.

So what we are asked to believe is that something like a vascular system, or reproductive organs, developed in small, random, incremental steps, with every step being the result of a copying mistake, and with each step being able to provide a significant survival or reproductive advantage in order to be preserved and become dominant in the gene pool. Incredible!
If you believe that ... you will believe anything.

Even worse, evolutionists have yet to cite a single example of a positive, beneficial, mutation which adds constructive information to the genome of any creature. Yet they expect us to believe that we have been converted from an original, single living cell into humans by an accumulation of billions of beneficial mutations (mistakes).

Conclusion:
Progressive, microbes-to-man evolution is impossible - there is no credible mechanism to produce all the new, genetic information which is essential for that to take place.
The evolution story is an obvious fairy tale presented as scientific fact.

However, nothing has changed - those who dare to question Neo-Darwinism are still portrayed as idiots, retards, cranks, weirdoes, anti-scientific ignoramuses or religious fanatics.

What about the fossil record?

The formation of fossils.

Books explaining how fossils are formed frequently give the impression that it takes many years of build up of layers of sediment to bury organic remains, which then become fossilised.
Therefore many people don't realise that this impression is erroneous, because it is a fact that all good, intact fossils require rapid burial in sufficient sediment to prevent decay or predatory destruction.
So it is evident that rock containing good, undamaged fossils was laid down rapidly, sometimes in catastrophic conditions.

The very existence of intact fossils is a testament to rapid burial and sedimentation.
You don't get fossils from slow burial. Organic remains don't just sit around on the sea bed, or elsewhere, waiting for sediment to cover them a millimetre at a time, over a long period.
Unless they are buried rapidly, they would soon be damaged or destroyed by predation and/or decay.
The fact that so many sedimentary rocks contain fossils, indicates that the sediment that created them was normally laid down within a short time.
Another important factor is that many large fossils (tree trunks, large fish, dinosaurs etc.) intersect several or many strata (sometimes called layers) which clearly indicates that multiple strata were formed simultaneously in a single event by grading/segregation of sedimentary particles into distinct layers, and not stratum by stratum over long periods of time or different geological eras, which is the evolutionist's, uniformitarian interpretation of the geological column.
In view of the fact that many large fossils required a substantial amount of sediment to bury them, and the fact that they intersect multiple strata (polystrate fossils), how can any sensible person claim that strata or, for that matter, any fossil bearing rock, could have taken millions of years to form?
You don't even need to be a qualified sedimentologist or geologist to come to that conclusion, it is common sense.

All creatures and plants alive today, which are found as fossils, are the same in their fossil form as the living examples, in spite of the fact that the fossils are claimed to be millions of years old. So all living things today could be called 'living fossils' inasmuch as there is no evidence of any evolutionary changes in the alleged multi-million year timescale. The fossil record shows either extinct species or unchanged species, that is all.

The Cambrian Explosion.
Trilobites and other many creatures appeared suddenly in some of the earliest rocks of the fossil record, with no intermediate ancestors. This sudden appearance of a great variety of advanced, fully developed creatures is called the Cambrian Explosion. Trilobites are especially interesting because they have complex eyes, which would need a lot of progressive evolution to develop such advanced features However, there is no evidence of any evolution leading up to the Cambrian Explosion, and that is a serious dilemma for evolutionists.
Trilobites are now thought to be extinct, although it is possible that similar creatures could still exist in unexplored parts of deep oceans.

The evolutionist 'scientific' method has resulted in a serious decline in scientific integrity, and has given us such scientific abominations as:

Piltdown Man and Nebraska Man were even used in the famous, Scopes Trial as positive evidence for evolution.
Piltdown Man reigned for over 40 years, as a supreme example of human evolution, before it was exposed as a crudely, fashioned fake.
Is that 'science'?

The ludicrous Hopeful Monster Theory and so-called Punctuated Equilibrium (evolution in big jumps) were invented by evolutionists as a desperate attempt to explain away the lack of fossil evidence for evolution. They are proposed methods of evolution which, it is claimed, need no fossil evidence. They are actually an admission that the required fossil evidence does not exist.

Piltdown Man... it survived as alleged proof of evolution for over 40 years in evolution textbooks and was taught in schools and universities, it survived peer reviews etc. and was used as supposed irrefutable evidence for evolution at the famous Scopes Trial..

Nebraska Man, this was a single tooth of a peccary. it was trumpeted as evidence for the evolution of humans, and artists impressions of an ape-like man appeared in newspapers magazines etc. It was also used as 'scientific' evidence for evolution in the Scopes Trial. Such 'scientific' evidence is enough to make any genuine, respectable scientist weep.

South West Colorado Man, another tooth .... of a horse this time... It was presented as evidence for human evolution.

Orce man, a fragment of skullcap, which was most likely from a donkey, but even if it was human. such a tiny fragment is certainly not any proof of human evolution as it was made out to be.

Embryonic Recapitulation, the evolutionist zealot Ernst Haeckel (who was a hero of Hitler) published fraudulent drawings of embryos and his theory was readily accepted by evolutionists as proof of evolution. Even after he was exposed as a fraudster, evolutionists still continued to use his fraudulent evidence in books and publications on evolution, including school textbooks, until very recently.

Archaeoraptor, A so-called feathered dinosaur from the Chinese fossil faking industry. It managed to fool credulous evolutionists, because it was exactly what they were looking for. The evidence fitted the wishful thinking.

Java Man, Dubois, the man who discovered Java Man and declared it a human ancestor ..... admitted much later that it was actually a giant gibbon, however, that spoilt the evolution story which had been built up around it, so evolutionists were reluctant to get rid of it, and still maintained it was a human ancestor. Dubois had also 'forgotten' to mention that he found the bones of modern humans at the same site.

Peking Man, made up from monkey skulls which were found in an ancient limestone burning industrial site where there were crushed monkey skulls and modern human bones. Drawings were made of Peking Man, but the original skull conveniently disappeared. So that allowed evolutionists to continue to use it as evidence without fear of it ever being debunked.

The Horse Series, unrelated species cobbled together, They were from different continents and were in no way a proper series of intermediates, They had different numbers of ribs etc. and the very first in the line, is similar to a creature alive today - the Hyrax.

Peppered Moth, moths were glued to trees to fake photographs for the peppered moth evidence. They don't normally rest on trees in daytime. In any case, the selection of a trait which is part of the variability of the existing gene pool, is not progressive evolution. It is just normal, natural selection within limits, which no-one disputes.

The Orgueil meteorite, organic material and even plant seeds were embedded and glued into the Orgueil meteorite and disguised with coal dust to make them look like part of the original meteorite, in a fraudulent attempt to fool the world into believing in the discredited idea of spontaneous generation of life, which is essential for progressive evolution to get started. The reasoning being that, if it could be shown that there was life in space, spontaneous generation must have happened there and could therefore be declared by evolutionists as being a scientific fact.

Is macro evolution even science? The answer to that has to be an emphatic - NO!
The usual definition of science is: that which can be demonstrated and observed and repeated. Evolution cannot be proved, or tested; it is claimed to have happened in the past, and, as such, it is not subject to the scientific method. It is merely a belief.
Of course, there is nothing wrong with having beliefs, especially if there is a wealth of evidence to support them, but they should not be presented as scientific fact. As we have shown, in the case of progressive evolution, there is a wealth of evidence against it. Nevertheless, we are told by evolutionist zealots that microbes to man evolution is a fact and likewise the spontaneous generation of life from sterile matter. They are deliberately misleading the public on both counts. Evolution is not only not a fact, it is not even proper science.

You don't need a degree in rocket science to understand that Darwinism has damaged and undermined science.
However, what does the world's, most famous, rocket scientist (the father of modern rocket science) have to say?

This is probably the reason why the severe methodological criticism employed in other departments of biology has not yet been brought to bear against evolutionary speculation." Interviewed I had at: Jobcentre (Wilesden Green Office) in Neasden London, on 20th June 2013 at 10.20am. Here notes, report, What was discussed and What was asked from me at Jobcentre.

- Todays I had interview with Murie Boyle at the Jobcentre

- She stated, after looking over my jobcentre paperwork, i.e. what I have done to find work, ' I have Not done enough to get back to work, also, I have Not done enough to find work.

- Also, there was a hint in the voice, they thought I might be committing fraud.

- She appointed out, she worked for jobcentre several years, and made it clear.

- She went onto state, they want me to Register on Jobcentre – Universal Job Match, because they want to Monitor for themselves, what jobs I am applying, on what day and time, and how jobs I have applied. In my opinion, (sajid they don't trust) they could be monitoring my progress from any Jobcentre office in Britain!.

- She stated they wanted to see my a last 3 Bank Statements, i.e. to see how much money I have in bank and I asked the reason, there was no reply!,

- She stated my curriculum vitae was more less bad, poor, not good, and rubbish, both online, and on paper, the different formats I have. More-less, therefore jobcentre and trainers want to sit down with down with me, and What to know everything, to help me create new curriculum vitae, at the jobcentre office. And I don't know if theres WIFI in the jobcentre office, i.e. are they going to email my details via internet to employers

- She also stated, my Job Application form online, is more less, not going to be taken seriously by employers, and thats not going to get me back to work including curriculum vitae, and why would employers look at my job application form. I looked at Boyle!, and then around and remained quiet!.

- She went on to state, can you Drive!, do you have Driving License, because they can find me a Car, also job. I then asked the women, what job are you trying to get me to apply, because, I explained to the women, I have sensitive eyes, I have to PROTECT THE EYES, also, eyes are sensitive to specific condition, and light.

- She also stated, they wanted me to see a NHS/Doctor, to have look at my Eyes, checked/scanned, I replied what does that mean, whats going on, then she smiled.

- She also pointed out they want me Off Jobcentre JSA Benefits, because they state, I have Not done enough to get back to work, also, she stated I have made No Plans/Strategy how to get back to work, I have Not done enough to get back to work, also, I have Not done enough to find work.

- I pointed out, worse scenario, I'm planning to get Loan from the Bank, setup Limited Company, go self employed, work directly with employer (Long Term) else via recruitment agency. (long Term). She does not understand, also, she does not understand I am Not Pakistani, i'm not from Middle East, ..... I am Muslim.

- Also, I appointed out to the women that interviewed me at the jobcentre, don't get the wrong end of the stick/message, the way I talked to women!, its nothing to do with if she a women/man, whether she white/black/asian, …..... I know what I up against!. I am innocent, I'm doing everything to get back to work.

- Now If I get injured!, blind, you heard it here first!. Then how can I do job properly, and whats this all about!

- At same time everyone was listening, and watching.

Now, I asked and explained to jobcentre staff Mrs/Ms Boyle M, I signed at the Jobcentre last week on the 13.06.2013, at 10.20am, now, this week I have not been paid, she replied, I have to contact the Jobcentre in Belfast, if I have not been paid, and resolve the problem/issue with them, regarding my JobSeeker Allowance, financial support to assist me back to work.

I've managed to Register on Jobcentre – Universal Job Match, as jobcentre asked,

Occaosionally, i'm going to continue applying job on jobcentre website, without login on.

Please note, i have several email accounts, if everyone recalls i pointed out many times, there is continue hacks taking place, preventing me from applying jobs, hence reason i have several emails accounts.

Whats important, that i am able to provide evideance that i am applying jobs, and trying everyting to get back to work. Also, close to getting bank loan from the bank, to become self employed via setting my own limited company.

Please note, i am also applying jobs advertised on www.jobsgopublic.com. I have already downloaded number of job application forms www.jobsgopublic.com, however, I had to pospone the completitng job application form, (accept my appolgy), due to demands from jobcentre, also, sudden interview, also, the want to train me how to prepare, and write out curriclum vitae, and many other things. (something down those lines).

Also, note, I have attempted over the past year, apply for jobs advertised on www.reed.co.uk/jobs/accountancy, and www.reed.co.uk/ Now, there a problem, moreless something is preventing me from applying the jobs advertised on www.reed.co.uk/, and www.reed.co.uk/ how, can i explain this, when read the job spec, and then scroll scroll down to the the end of the page to apply for the job is, the button fails to load up, i.e. preventing my from clicking on the button to apply, it prompts the message, Please WAIT.

Never had this problem, I have reinstalled software many times, and the problem still persisits.

How much more evideance does everyone need.

PLEASE NOTE, IF somebody (IT APPLYS TO EVERYONE) deliberately sets me up, is that Crimial Offence, i.e. lying, Staging a Crime, and then suddenly, everyone gets caught up in cross fire, and forbid if that happens, the case then reach the High Courts and European High Courts. If i have to expose them, i will, to make country a safer place. Whats going on.

I have already provided evidence, i doing everything to get back to work, and more than than anyone.

NEW MESSAGE: I am not lying, to further support my case, the reason why i have been unemployed over the year, it was down to many factors, including unemployment figures rising around, that's more less affected by global markets, that eventually than filters to each country. 1. Have to attend normal day Jobcentre signing on day, on Thursday 27th June 2013 at 09.55am. Monika else Marie.

At the same time, i have to telephone Belfast Jobcentre and Reed Work Programme to resolve the reason why they have suspended my job seeker allowance money from signing on date 13th June 2013, this is going to cost me money to call them, at same time take up everyone resources that can also eat away at everyone money, therefore, i have to prepare necessary paperwork, and evidence... for them to remove suspension pay that missing on that specific signing on date. Either way its going to cost me time and money, money that could had made difference getting back to work, buying necessary work clothing, equipment, including Microsoft Office for my macbook, for getting back to work. I hope it adds up, what i have to do, and its going to cost me.

I've found number of interesting jobs advertised on Jobsgopublic.com, I've managed to download several Job Application form, from today onwards, on and off i will attempt to complete many job application possible, answer many question possible, within the timescale. Please note, this is another method of getting back to work via Job Application form, IF some doubt has been cast on my curriculum vitae, i.e because i have been out of work for over year, then the Job Application form is detail narrative of my education and experience in the line of work. Now, suddenly, i'm getting headaches, feeling tired as if something trying to put me to sleep, after i downloaded Job Application forms, i hope everyone understands whats going on, what i'm up against, also, what happened to my career. I'm not going to push myself, also, stress myself i know what i'm up against.

Why are conditions and working conditions so different for me, compared to the people who crossed my path claiming to be elite with IQ over 200 they claimed!, I envy them!, with excellent English grammar and literature, they claimed.

Meanwhile, i will attempt to apply jobs advertised on Jobcentre .......

Jobcentre next appointment/signing on day, this week again, 25th July 2013 at between 9am and 10am!, could be a long wait between those times.

Here's my thought on the subject, I am ethnic minority in Britain, all my life i follow by their law and procedures in place, also, payed taxes!, then they degraded to low level, and making complaints and threats more less. I start to plan, how to get back to work, how to BUDGET the money i get from Job Seekers Allowance, (government), how to make ends meet i.e. pay bills, and save money at same time to getting back to work, then suddenly they make me out to be fraudster, professional criminal, then they request copy of my bank statements, photo identification, and do i have criminal record, i explain everything, they look confused, then they roll up their lips. Are they now writing out new set of procedures, to make it even difficult to getting back to work.

I've done many other things, to budget carefully and save money, to get back to work, also, equip myself with the essential to get back to work, and yet they look at me suspicious, the way i look!. They say first appearance is important, well, is everyone aware i am unemployed!, now, ask yourselves another question, what would happen, if, if i get back to work, preferable in government, what will my appearance be like then/change, with what ever money i have left.

Again, please have another look at my cv.

Please don't mistaken me to be .......... one of those ethnic else majority out there. I live by their laws, and procedures, i make vital contribution towards building a better world, also the work i do.

I am been tested, how far i can be pushed, to breaking point, it must be someone behind the scenes with authority and power.

Follow up to my second appointment today (22.08.2013) at the jobcentre at 10am, at willesden jobcentre plus, address chancel house neasden lane london, nw10 2xh, telephone number 0845 604 3719, the jobcentre advisor Bharti, she pointed out they wanted me to attend training last week, Also, jobcentre pointed out that they also sent a letter, also telephoned/text me on my mobile phone, with details ie they wanted me to attend the training last week, I point to jobcentre, at my last meeting\signing on day with jobcentre advisor, I was handed a letter also it was explained to me in detail that I was only supposed to attended cv training today at 9.15am, and I adhered complied to what was requested of me by jobcentre today. I also pointed out I was not aware there was another training course I was supposed to attend, it was never bought to my attention at the last meeting ie sign on day with jobcentre, also, I did not receive a telephone call / text message from jobcentre i.e to explain that I was supposed to attend another training course, there's nothing on my mobile phone. I then apologised, I don't know what's going on, I always adhere comply to jobcentre requests, however I was not aware that I was supposed to attend second training course, however it did not go down well with jobcentre advisor, then jobcentre pointed because I missed last week training!, my record/file at the jobcentre is going to be passed/referral/referred to jobcentre decision officer / investigator officer, to look at the reason why I missed the 'follow up training', that they decided and reached that decision only afterwards ie later on after I left, ie that they wanted me to attend further training courses, again additional discussion/decision took place only after I left my last interview\meeting with jobcentre, without me there. Now, jobcentre advisor called Bharti, decided she was going to pass the file/case on to referral/referred officer to investigate whether they are going to allow me to continue to claim jsa job seeker allowance, ie financial assistance to unemployed (me) to find work, ELSE they might decide to withdraw/stop the jsa financial funding, ie money assistance to finding work/getting back to work, ... I was cooperative and speechless, also, hour earlier I showed them what I have been doing to get back to work. Today discussion with jobcentre ended, someone at the jobcentre will send a letter in the post to me, with their final decision, what was the outcome of ie investigation, only after they looked at the reason why I missed last week training. Now I am exhausted and speechless, now I have to wait on the decision from jobcentre.

The ludicrous Hopeful Monster Theory and so-called Punctuated Equilibrium (evolution in big jumps) were invented by evolutionists as a desperate attempt to explain away the lack of fossil evidence for evolution. They are proposed methods of evolution which, it is claimed, need no fossil evidence. They are actually an admission that the required fossil evidence does not exist.

Piltdown Man... it survived as alleged proof of evolution for over 40 years in evolution textbooks and was taught in schools and universities, it survived peer reviews etc. and was used as supposed irrefutable evidence for evolution at the famous Scopes Trial..

Nebraska Man, this was a single tooth of a peccary. it was trumpeted as evidence for the evolution of humans, and artists impressions of an ape-like man appeared in newspapers magazines etc. It was also used as 'scientific' evidence for evolution in the Scopes Trial. Such 'scientific' evidence is enough to make any genuine, respectable scientist weep.

South West Colorado Man, another tooth .... of a horse this time... It was also presented as evidence for human evolution.

Orce man, a fragment of skullcap, which was most likely from a donkey, but even if it was human. such a tiny fragment is certainly not any proof of human evolution as it was made out to be.

Embryonic Recapitulation, the evolutionist zealot Ernst Haeckel (who was a hero of Hitler) published fraudulent drawings of embryos and his theory was readily accepted by evolutionists as proof of evolution. Even after he was exposed as a fraudster, evolutionists still continued to use his fraudulent evidence in books and publications on evolution, including school textbooks, until very recently.

Archaeoraptor, A so-called feathered dinosaur from the Chinese fossil faking industry. It managed to fool credulous evolutionists, because it was exactly what they were looking for. The evidence fitted the wishful thinking.

Java Man, Dubois, the man who discovered Java Man and declared it a human ancestor ..... admitted much later that it was actually a giant gibbon, however, that spoilt the evolution story which had been built up around it, so evolutionists were reluctant to get rid of it, and still maintained it was a human ancestor. Dubois had also 'forgotten' to mention that he found the bones of modern humans at the same site.

Peking Man, made up from monkey skulls which were found in an ancient limestone burning industrial site where there were crushed monkey skulls and modern human bones. Drawings were made of Peking Man, but the original skull conveniently disappeared. So that allowed evolutionists to continue to use it as evidence without fear of it ever being debunked.

The Horse Series, unrelated species cobbled together, They were from different continents and were in no way a proper series of intermediates, They had different numbers of ribs etc. and the very first in the line, is similar to a creature alive today - the Hyrax.

Peppered Moth, moths were glued to trees to fake photographs for the peppered moth evidence. They don't normally rest on trees in daytime. In any case, the selection of a trait which is part of the variability of the existing gene pool, is not progressive evolution. It is just normal, natural selection within limits, which no-one disputes.

The Orgueil meteorite, organic material and even plant seeds were embedded and glued into the Orgueil meteorite and disguised with coal dust to make them look like part of the original meteorite, in a fraudulent attempt to fool the world into believing in the discredited idea of spontaneous generation of life, which is essential for progressive evolution to get started. The reasoning being that, if it could be shown that there was life in space, spontaneous generation must have happened there and could therefore be declared by evolutionists as being a scientific fact.

Is macro evolution even science? The answer to that has to be an emphatic - NO!
The usual definition of science is: that which can be demonstrated and observed and repeated. Evolution cannot be proved, or tested; it is claimed to have happened in the past, and, as such, it is not subject to the scientific method. It is merely a belief.
Of course, there is nothing wrong with having beliefs, especially if there is a wealth of evidence to support them, but they should not be presented as scientific fact. As we have shown, in the case of progressive evolution, there is a wealth of evidence against it. Nevertheless, we are told by evolutionist zealots that microbes to man evolution is a fact and likewise the spontaneous generation of life from sterile matter. They are deliberately misleading the public on both counts. Evolution is not only not a fact, it is not even proper science.

There is no credible mechanism for progressive evolution.

Darwin believed that there was unlimited variability in the gene pool of all creatures and plants.

However, the changes possible through selective breeding were known by breeders to be strictly limited.
This was due to the fact that the changes seen in selective breeding were due to the shuffling, deletion and emphasis of genetic information already existing in the gene pool (micro-evolution). There was no viable mechanism for creating new, beneficial, genetic information required to create entirely new structures and features (macro-evolution).

Darwin ignored the limits which were well known to breeders (even though he selectively bred pigeons himself, and should have known better). He simply extrapolated the limited, minor changes observed in selective breeding to major, unlimited, progressive changes able to create new structures, organs etc. through natural selection, over millions of years.
Of course, the length of time involved made no difference, the existing, genetic information could not increase of its own accord, no matter how long the timescale.

That was a gigantic flaw in Darwinism, and opponents of Darwin's ideas tried to argue that changes were limited, as selective breeding had demonstrated. But because Darwinism had acquired an ideological status, belief in it outweighed the verdict of observational and experimental science, and classical Darwinism became scientific orthodoxy for nearly a century.

Opponents continued to argue all this time, that Darwinism was unscientific nonsense, but they were ostracised and ridiculed as cranks, weirdoes or religious fanatics.
Finally however, it was discovered that the opponents of Darwin were perfectly correct - and that constructive, genetic changes require new, additional, genetic information.
This looked like the ignominious end of Darwinism, as there was no credible, natural mechanism able to create new, constructive, genetic information. And Darwinism should have been heading for the dustbin of history,

However, rather than ditch the whole idea, the vested interests in Darwinism had become so great, with numerous, lifelong careers and an ideological agenda involved in the Darwinian belief system, a desperate attempt was made to rescue it from its justified demise.
A mechanism had to be invented to explain the origin of new, constructive information.
That invented mechanism was 'mutations'. Mutations are ... genetic, copying MISTAKES.

The public had already been convinced that classical Darwinism was a scientific fact, and that anyone who questioned it was a crank, so all that had to be done was to give the impression that the theory had simply been refined and updated in the light of modern science.
The fact that classical Darwinism had been wrong all along, and was fatally flawed from the outset was kept quiet.
The new developments were simply portrayed as the evolution and development of the theory. The impression was given that there was nothing wrong with the idea of progressive (macro) evolution, it had simply evolved in the light of greater knowledge.

The new, improved Darwinism became known as Neo-Darwinism.

So what is Neo-Darwinism?
It is progressive, macro evolution based on the ludicrous idea that random mutations (accidental, genetic, copying mistakes) selected by natural selection, can provide constructive, genetic information capable of creating entirely new features, structures, organs, and biological systems. Neo-Darwinian macro evolution is based on a belief in a complete progression from microbes to man through millions of random, genetic, copying MISTAKES. There is no evidence for it whatsoever, it is just unscientific nonsense which defies logic. The irony is that it is presented to the public as 'science'.

People are sometimes confused, because they know that 'micro'-evolution is an observable fact, which everyone accepts. However, evolutionists often cynically exploit that confusion by citing obvious examples of micro-evolution such as: the Peppered Moth, Darwin's finches, so-called superbugs etc., as evidence of macro-evolution.
Of course such examples are not evidence of macro-evolution or progressive evolution at all. The public is simply being hoodwinked, and it is a disgrace to science. There are no observable examples or evidence of macro-evolution and no examples of a mutation, or a series of mutations capable of creating new structures, organs etc. and that is a fact. It is no wonder that W R Thompson stated in the preface of the 1959 centenary edition of Darwin's Origin of the Species, that ... the success of Darwinism was accompanied by a decline in scientific integrity.

Micro-evolution is simply the small changes which take place, through natural selection or selective breeding, but only within the strict limits of the built-in variability of the existing gene pool. Any changes outside the extent of the existing gene pool requires a credible mechanism for the creation of new, constructive, genetic information, that is what is essential for macro evolution. Micro evolution does not involve or require the creation of any new, genetic information. So micro evolution and macro evolution are entirely different. There is no connection between them at all.

Once people fully understand that the differences they see in various dogs breeds, for example, are merely an example of limited micro-evolution (selection of existing genetic information) and nothing to do with progressive macro-evolution, they begin to realise that they have been fed an incredible story.

Neo-Darwinian, macro evolution is the ridiculous idea that everything in the genome of humans and every living thing past and present (apart from the original genetic information in the very first living cell) is the result of millions of genetic copying mistakes..... mutations ... of mutations .... of mutations.... of mutations .... and so on - and on - and on.

In other words, Neo-Darwinism proposes that the complete genome (every scrap of genetic information in the DNA) of every living thing that has ever lived was created by a series ... of mistakes ... upon mistakes .... upon mistakes .... upon mistakes etc. etc.

If we look at the whole picture we soon realise that what is actually being proposed by evolutionists is that, apart from the original information in the first living cell - every additional scrap of genetic information for all - features, structures, biological systems and processes that exist, or have ever existed in living things, such as:
skin, bones, bone joints, shells, flowers, leaves, wings, scales, muscles, fur, hair, teeth, claws, toe and finger nails, horns, beaks, nervous systems, blood, blood vessels, brains, lungs, hearts, digestive systems, vascular systems, liver, kidneys, pancreas, bowels, immune systems, senses, eyes, ears, sex organs, sexual reproduction, sperm, eggs, pollen, the process of metamorphosis, marsupial pouches, marsupial embryo migration, mammary glands, hormone production, melanin etc. .... have been created from scratch, by an incredibly long series of small, accumulated mistakes ... mistake - upon mistake - upon mistake - upon mistake - over and over again, millions of times. That is ... every part, system and process of all living things are the result of literally billions of genetic MISTAKES of MISTAKES, accumulated over many millions of years.

So what we are asked to believe is that something like a vascular system, or reproductive organs, developed in small, random, incremental steps, with every step being the result of a copying mistake, and with each step being able to provide a significant survival or reproductive advantage in order to be preserved and become dominant in the gene pool. Incredible!
If you believe that ... you will believe anything.

Even worse, evolutionists have yet to cite a single example of a positive, beneficial, mutation which adds constructive information to the genome of any creature. Yet they expect us to believe that we have been converted from an original, single living cell into humans by an accumulation of billions of beneficial mutations (mistakes).

Conclusion:
Progressive, microbes-to-man evolution is impossible - there is no credible mechanism to produce all the new, genetic information which is essential for that to take place.
The evolution story is an obvious fairy tale presented as scientific fact.

However, nothing has changed - those who dare to question Neo-Darwinism are still portrayed as idiots, retards, cranks, weirdoes, anti-scientific ignoramuses or religious fanatics.

What about the fossil record?

All creatures and plants alive today, which are found as fossils, are the same in their fossil form as the living examples, in spite of the fact that the fossils are claimed to be millions of years old. So all living things today could be called 'living fossils' inasmuch as there is no evidence of any evolutionary changes in the alleged multi-million year timescale. The fossil record shows either extinct species or unchanged species, that is all.

The Cambrian Explosion.
Trilobites and other many creatures appeared suddenly in some of the earliest rocks of the fossil record, with no intermediate ancestors. This sudden appearance of a great variety of advanced, fully developed creatures is called the Cambrian Explosion. Trilobites are especially interesting because they have complex eyes, which would need a lot of progressive evolution to develop such advanced features However, there is no evidence of any evolution leading up to the Cambrian Explosion, and that is a serious dilemma for evolutionists.
Trilobites are now thought to be extinct, although it is possible that similar creatures could still exist in unexplored parts of deep oceans.

The formation of fossils.
What many people don't seem to realise is that all good, intact fossils require rapid burial in sufficient sediment to prevent decay or predatory destruction.
So it is evident that rock containing good, undamaged fossils was laid down rapidly, quite likely in catastrophic conditions.
Another important factor is that many large fossils (tree trunks, large fish, dinosaurs etc.) intersect several or many strata (sometimes called layers) which indicates that multiple strata were formed simultaneously in a single event by grading/segregation of sedimentary particles into distinct layers, and not stratum by stratum over long periods of time or different geological eras, which is the evolutionist's, uniformitarian interpretation of the geological column.

One of the few openly transgender elected officials in the U.S. faces a lawsuit from opponents who allege she deceived the public by identifying as female.

Two losing candidates in the Nov.6 city council election in Riverdale, Ga., filed a lawsuit last week in Clayton County Superior Court against incumbent City Councilmember Michelle Bruce, accusing her of fraud for identifying as female.The lawsuit also alleges election fraud and seeks to stop a Dec.4 runoff election between Bruce and the second-place finisher for her post.

Georgia Fuller, who placed third in a field of four candidates for the Ward 2 seat Bruce holds, and Stanley Harris, who lost in the Ward 4 election, filed the lawsuit Nov.13. Bruce has represented Ward 2 since 2004.

“They’re trying to make [my gender] an issue, ” Bruce said Tuesday. “Saying stuff about me being a guy. That’s the only thing they can make an issue of — gender and race because they can’t make an issue of my work for the past four years for my constituents.'

An attorney for Fuller and Harris could not immediately be reached for comment.

Their lawsuit also names as respondents City Manager Iris Jessie, City Clerk Stephanie Thomas, Ward 4 incumbent Council member Kenny Ruffin and Ward 2 candidate Wayne Hall.

Bruce faces a Dec.4 runoff election against Hall. Bruce received 312 votes, or 41 percent, in the Nov.6 election, compared to Hall's 202 votes, or 27 percent. In Georgia, candidates must receive '50 percent plus one vote' to win without a runoff.

Bruce denies deceit

In the lawsuit, Fuller and Harris refer to Bruce as “Michael Bruce” and claim she misled voters. Bruce, who identifies openly as transgender, won her first race as a woman and was unopposed.

“Prior to the Nov.6,2007 general elections in Riverdale, Michael Bruce fraudulently misrepresented on his ‘Notice of Candidacy’ that his legal name was ‘Michelle Bruce’ and unlawfully misled voters to believe he was female, ” the suit states.

The lawsuit further alleges “On or about Nov.6,2007 and prior to casting his vote in the Riverdale general election, Michael Bruce fraudulently misrepresented to the poll workers that his legal name was ‘Michelle Bruce’ and that he was a female.”

Bruce said she is identified as female on her driver’s license, voter registration and Social Security card. She declined comment on what sex is on her birth certificate.

“That’s a personal issue, ” she said. “I’m the same Michelle I was four years ago. They’re just trying to distract from the issues.” Bruce also declined to say if she has legally changed her name from another name.

Deana Johnson, city attorney for Riverdale, said an answer to the lawsuit was filed Nov.20 and denies all allegations in the suit including fraud by Bruce. She said the city is awaiting a hearing date.

“She is Michelle Bruce and has been for the past four years, ” Johnson said. “She is identified as female on her drivers license. This is a frivolous suit. I really don’t understand what the allegation is.”

Matt Carrothers, spokesperson for the Secretary of State's Office, said there is no place to identify gender on the form people file to run for political office in state, county or municipal elections.

“Nowhere on the form does it ask for the sex of a person, ” he said.

He confirmed Michelle “Mickey” Bruce is listed as a female on the state’s voter registration records.

“The state of Georgia voter’s registration does ask for gender, although people are not required to answer that question, ” he said.

The Secretary of State’s Office does not verify gender given, he added.

'Prime target'

Kyle Bailey, political director for Georgia Equality, said the organization is working to make sure Bruce has her chance to win in the Dec.4 election. He dismissed the merits of the suit.

“They name her as ‘Michael’ in the suit — that is not her name, ” Bailey said.

“However, Michelle is a prime target and it is important our community understand that they have attacked the LGBT community and tried to make it more valid by attaching it to another issue, ” he said.

In the suit, Fuller and Harris also accuse City Clerk Thomas of tampering with voting machines.

Thomas declined comment on the lawsuit, but did say the city has no documents on file saying whether Bruce is female or male because the state does not require that information.

Denis Dison, spokesperson for the national Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund, which works to elect openly gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender candidates, said the organization plans to go “all out” to preserve Bruce’s place as the top vote getter and to make sure she stays on the Dec.4 ballot.

“We want to do the will of the voters, ” Dison said. “Some people may be against LGBT people, but what they are trying to do is overturn the will of the voters. They are refusing to abide by the democratic process.”

Dison added that this kind of lawsuit — suing a transgender person alleging fraud based on their sex — is something he has never heard of in politics. However, there are only a “handful” of openly transgender elected officials in the nation, he added.

“This sounds like a classic tactic to reverse an election by people because it didn’t go their way, ” Dison said. “Lawyers we’ve spoken to say the suit has zero merit. Ironically, they accuse Michelle of trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the voters — but she served as openly transgender for four years.”

Lawsuit 'mean-spirited'?

Mara Keisling, executive director of the National Center for Transgender Equality, said the entire lawsuit seems “desperate, bitter and frivolous.”

“It’s mean-spirited. It reminds me when I was in high school on the debate team and people would pile on a bunch of junk hoping it would stick, ” she added. “It’s dumb. She’s been there four years and never hidden who she is.”

In September 2004, after serving several months on the City Council, Bruce told Southern Voice she was born intersexed and identified as transgender, and said she has lived her entire life as a woman.

“All my life I’ve had to listen to, ‘You’re gay, you’re a fag, you’re a man in a damned dress’ or some other snide remark, ” she said at that time.

“Now, I’m trying to make a difference the best positive way I can. I’m trying to do what’s right for everyone, doesn’t matter if they’re transgender, gay, lesbian, straight, black, white or whatever.”

In April 2005, Bruce attempted to get legislation passed to add sexual orientation and gender identity and expression to the non-discrimination policy in the Riverdale city personnel handbook. The measure was defeated by a 3-2 vote.

Bruce, who lives with her mother, said Tuesday that the lawsuit is painful, as is an anti-transgender website administered by anonymous opponents to mock her.

“This is a smear campaign. Transgender means a lot of things, it can mean a lot of things, ” she said. “I’m going to focus on the issues, like getting jobs for people, taking care of our elderly, helping our young people, giving the tools needed to fire and police to protect us.'

Bruce also said her case is an example of why gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people need to be open in their smaller communities and seek office.

“They don’t like anyone who is LGBT, not only here in Riverdale, ” she said. “With more LGBT people in office, instead of me being the issue, the community is the issue.”
