This lovely calm senior doggie appeared to be a full time resident at the Hotel Mirador Posada Barrancas on Urique Canyon. It was always around the front entrance but never interfered or got in anyones way. It was just there acting like the hotel's doorman (door doggie).
While en route to Thórsmörk we stopped at the side of the road and were welcomed by these really friendly horses.

I am a schnoodle (mix of schnauzer and poodle)
I am 16 months old, I will do anything for treats, I can do Hi 5's.
Not an easy portrait to capture but Oscar is so used to me with the camera and he can be good with treats.

Summer has been so slow so far. We either are completely bored or give it our all and need a week to rest. ayiyi why can't we getta happy medium haha.

Jimmy went towards the mailbox he tried not to trip on the messy floor since he was both holding a cigarette and a glass on the rocks in his hand...
he put the cigarette between his lips and used the hand he just freed to pick up the bundle of letters that the mailman had put an elastic around he removed it and started to browse through the letters...
He mumbled to himself: Bill, Bill, Bill, notification, bill, invoice and there a genuine letter... no sender but he knew the handwriting, it must be from Maud....
He opened it, he read through insults and threats in a very frequent flow, Loads of swearing and then it finished with a line about him being reported to the police for harassment...
Jimmy Called the Säpo Computer unit, he activated the erasing mechanism manually by whistling the right code in binary, he knew it by hand or well rather mouth... now that problem was out of his way, sometimes it has got some advantages being an Ex-Säpo agen!

Just inastalled the Instagram app on my Android phone. Not sure why it crops the images so small and into a square, maybe it's the 'in thing'. Anyway, I guess I need to embrace the new way of sharing and the new format of flickr.
I never used to use mobile phone images on flickr but the results from my Galaxy S3 are quite good, especially in good light so I'll be uploading more phone images of things that I come across in my day, usually daft things like this horse or times when my main camera is not with me.
There was also about 5-7 more out of shot.

I love long exposures, everything to do with night time, the dark, sunrise and sunset.
I like to take pictures mainly at night , sometimes during the day and in dull and fading light and I will sometimes display the time and date the picture was taken too.
I tend to take pictures of Light trails, Motorway traffic, Street lights, Buildings, Landscapes, Bokeh, Night bokeh and Hexagonal Night Bokeh in and around the North East of England.
All of my pictures are 100% natural and untouched in every way without ever been Photo shopped or altered or messed about with in anyway whatsoever, No multi layered photography, No HDR's and No image manipulation of any kind, all of my pictures look just the way they did when I saw them at the time of taking and I'm VERY PROUD of that.
I don't do any photo processing at all, I don't even own any photo software.
All of my starbursts are all 100% natural without using any filters or anything else, as is all my bokeh, night bokeh and hexagonal night bokeh, its all natural, no funny gimmicks at all.
I don't do anything with my pictures apart from take them and then upload them , 99.99999% of my pictures don't even get cropped , they are all 100% natural and untouched and then uploaded.
