Aunt Marietta was a pretty girl. One of my favorite photos of her is riding a pony - looking rather imperious. My Grandmother, her sister, had far fewer photos...as Marietta was the first child. Her "wings" come from the palm frond on the Cancun series. It is folded in a simple origami technique of scoring. This won a prize in a nationally juried competition at the Maryland Federation of Art Gallery.
2005. 20" x 13" x 23". Fabricated mostly out of found steel with MiG welding. Our current bedside table and we love it. I forgot the photographer's name.

Having a wonderful time in paris..The fall has fell upon this lovely city of subdued light. Here's some of adda's impressions of paris.
A tattoo inspired necklace. Made from brass,street sign,sterling,aluminum and the package wrapper from spring roll skins.
It was fun to make these robot sculptures. If I make more in the future, I'll add some working LED lights.
We all are, we never see it, never feel it, condemn ourselves for our lack of possession concerning it, but we -are- it. Strangers make more of an impact with a single set of stairs than a friend with their obligations.
