Nothing better than a warm Nemo towel after a bath!

handwritten on back of photograph, "Charlie Coleman, December 1953, Grammar school"

I found these old documents of my Great Great Grandfather's. They were certificates of copyright for songs he wrote. I wish I knew what they sounded like.

Found at the overstock store for $8.

Our latest allegedly squirrel proof feeder - a very long thin tube with an equally long solid tube that should slide over the food if a squirrel attempts to scavenge. Had to find a new location, as they would be able to access from below at our usual bird feeding station. Has been in the new spot for a while, so it was wonderful to see that today the birds have finally found t!

photograph I acquired from a large archive of negatives from a San Francisco Bay based commercial photographer taken mostly in the 1960s to 1970s.

date stamped on slide July 1970

date stamped on slide, August 1961

handwritten on back of photograph, "Nathan Marton, Fred Lind, Ray Anderson, Leonard Johns, Art Melinder, Meyer Granafsky, Win Rogers"

Found Boots Colorslide, undated and unlabelled. Looks like Germany somewhere, but could also be Austria or Switzerland, I think. Perhaps someone in the Germany group can identify it.

Found Kodachrome slide dated May 1974 showing three women who look like wedding guests.

I first found this chap 3 years ago, I was over at Morden Bog with Ian Kirk and Chris Rowland at the time, I have visited the same site probably 5 or 6 times since, I was made up, to find it had returned again on Sunday, this is the closest I have ever got to it, the first time I have got a shot of it in the open, I will not disturb it again this year, but I hope to see again next.

A coworker found a SLR in the dumpster in his apartment complex. This roll of film was in it. He doesnt recognize her, and doesnt think its his apartment complex.

Found this tiny bar, that only served shots (or straight alcohol). The woman working there was the sweetest thing ever! We managed to communicate with her in broken Japanese, and she gave us a free drink each of Japanese whiskey after we bought a drink each.

Then, she gave us some sake & lemonade (in a can) and a box of Pocky to take back to the hostel with us.

All this after calling her daughter to tell us where to go out in Japan! Great experience :)

P.s. This is the first time I've ever enjoyed drinking whiskey, and it was straight! But it did burn...

A closer look at the old alphabet stamp set I found at the flea market today. It is missing the letter "I", but came with an ampersand.

Found Kodachrome slide dated June 1970 showing two women outside a house.

Found this man in Birmingham, playing to quite a large crowd of people. He calls himself the Drum Machine, a fitting name as he plays incrdibly and has a section of his set where he does the robot whilst still playing.

He says that he usually plays in London, so if you're around and you see him, make sure you stop and have a look, it'll be worth your time.

Found Kodachrome slide dated September 1981 showing a classic furniture van.
