Cut out stainless faces and prep it all with sanding and register marks. This step is critical to keeping your DO slots "In Phase" with one another. to do that you align the slots, bolt them together, preferably with a 9mm bolt so they wont move on ya, and file edges together to the shape you want. after you think you have close to a nice tapre, unbolt them and flip one of them around. This will reveal imperfections in your symmetry. Look for the edges that are proud and file those down. Repeat once or twice and you will have perfect symmetry. Incidentally, this is the same process used in manufacturing straight edges.

A Saturday afternoon at the forks, it wasn't that crowded, so I had plenty of time to shoot some of the entertainers.
This shot has been taken a million times, I'm sure, but the color and vibrancy of the market shows so well. I warmed the image slightly, and brought out the details using HDR and a de-noise tool.
I'm trying to find a method to make Wyatt extremely poseable. Once I've worked that out I will do a better job of 'sculpting him.

The dudes at iMiNUSD are stocking up on some solid forks as we speak...well type...well converse via the internet.
Anywho, the shop is going to be the exclusive retailer for the pre-kilroy Gorilla forks. Limited quantity of 20 available and the only way to snatch one is through the iMiNUSD online store. It says price TBD but i did see $99 floatin around.
The other front ends they pulled in are the V2 leader trick forks...another solid piece of steel.

The Dying town that was saved by a teenage vampire/shapeshifting warewolf novel. I'm not a twilight fan, my wife is. I just happen to live close to Forks. Forks is the last place in the world i ever thought anyone would go out of there way to be. Forks has always been more of a gas and lodge town not a destination. Now all on the account of Hollywood Forks is probably the biggest tourist trap per capita west of Seattle. I'd never live there because its too isolated.57 miles(one way) to Port Angleles and 75 miles to Aberdeen(the other way) and in between that there is nothing. Impassable mountains to the east and the ocean to the west.Its rainy and nasty 300 days a year.
