A beautiful winter forest scene covered in fresh snow. Tall leafless trees stand quietly under a layer of white, while gentle sunlight breaks through the branches, creating a magical and peaceful atmosphere. A serene winter landscape full of calm, light, and natural beauty.
A few days ago we went on a little excursion and followed a path which was as if it was extracted from a fairytale...
This steep path caught my eye not just for the climb, but for how the light danced its way up through the trees. There’s a gentle invitation here—go on, see what’s at the top.
Lost my way for a short time because the path looked like it had ended, when in fact it just went around the corner. Should have looked up because the trees made an X to mark the spot. I think there is a life lesson in here somewhere. My take is in which wooden tree will I put my trust ?

An einem regnerischen Frühlingstag Ende März bin unterwegs bei leichtem Nieselregen auf dem kiesigen Weg durch den Wald beim Haslimoos. Der Frühling zeigt sich erst zögerlich – noch liegt ein Hauch von Winter in der Luft. Die Buchenblätter erinnern an das vergangene Jahr.
On a rainy spring day at the end of March, I'm walking in light drizzle along the gravel path through the forest near Haslimoos. Spring is only just beginning to show itself – a hint of winter still lingers in the air. The beech leaves are reminiscent of the past year.

Everytime I photograph these two I get a shot like this. Could be much worse things in life! He's going with the flow.
Might be one of the worst forestpath strolls in the Netherlands! Very short passing a cemetary AND an electric plant and ending in a dead end. We had fun anyhow.
