Even though this is really just a picture of nothing, I've always liked this shot. The backstory is that it was taken during a heavy tunderstorm that delayed the fireworks on Indpendance Day. We are were to watch the fireworks from the roof of our hotel, but we had to come in when the rain started.
This is a shot of Yellowstone Canyon that I made rather disorienting. It it is difficult to make out the foreground from the background and it's easy to get dizzy looking at it for too long.
