At first glance
what I perceived
wasn't happenstance
fore...
he stood before me
with a smile; radiating
an inner beauty
I never phantomed
I'd have a chance to
behold.
intrigued...
I absorbed his essence;
falling in love with his mind,
as he whispered against me
the beauty of him stole my
heart.
illuminating...
the universe; harmonizing our
allurement of one another.
Whilst it was reported as being at Botany Bay by the time I got there it was off the Foreness Pumping Station and drifted west across Palm Bay before returning. When I left it was back in Botany Bay.

...My wife called this one. Kind of does look like a teed up golf ball. It's a Fly Agaric mushroom. My favorite vintage 135mm lens used.
* Canon EOS M50 camera
* Soligor 135mm f/3.5 (Tokina) lens
* Fotasy T2-EOSM lens adapter
Supports for the temporary Fore River Bridge in Weymouth (MA). Now that the permanent bridge has been completed, this will soon be gone. Can't get the British Union Jack out of my mind when I look at this.

και πάντα η θάλασσα πολλά μου λέει, όταν αχεί.

I kinda like a lens flare and my Helios 44-2 is easy to make it happen. Please disregard the lens data, I forgot to change it on the camera.
A couple days ago, about 2 blocks from my house, on the way to playtime at the Library, my Flickr contacts would never believe what I saw. Give up? At the local Golf Course, a pair of adult bald eagles enjoying an all you could eat buffet at the edge of the 18th Green.
I had a grand time as joggers, bikers, and cars pulled over and everyone was asking the guy with the camera lots of questions about these beautiful raptors. I was happy to have an audience for my new found knowledge.
(The Golfers did know this great bird was there...when they finally went on their business, I was able to time the shot for "Golfer Bokeh".
