Richmond Castle had a Knights Tournament. As well as a handful of stalls showcasing various things, they had a tournament between 4 knights. Between the 1v1 tournament and the Grand Melee the Fool put on a show involving fire eating and "getting onto stilts in the most incompetent and convoluted way possible".

The Caesar Creek Dam Spillway is an impressively fossil-rich area, and the densest deposits seem to be up the side wall of the cut, where layers of rock break off and slide down toward the flat bottom. Walking along the edge of the slope, even before it starts getting vertical, the most casual glances at the ground reveal huge slabs entirely covered with bits and pieces of fossils.
It's easy to understand the temptation to wander up the slope, just a little, because there's bound to be some pretty good stuff up there, and there are only a dozen signs to walk past and it's only a little uphill and it's not really climbing, or anything, if you're not using ropes or wearing a backpack or are with a bunch of other people.

And, stupidly, went out only in a jacket, no mittens, no hat, no cowl. Halfway through my errands, it started snowing and hasn't stopped. I really resent it.
Yay! New test for lighting, I think that's not so bad...
That's not gold men, just Pyrite (aka Fool's Gold) with some lightings layers, in order to look for real gold. :3
A pen that kills flies. Surely if you can get close enough to draw on them then you are close enough to squash them anyway.
