This bluejay makes a bright blue splash against the green pine needles - even though the bluejay’s feathers have no blue pigment…our eyes are fooled into seeing the bird as being blue.
I was just going through the files from the wedding that Nikki and I shot on 7-7-7 and found this one.

I was in Bath today and there was a statue street performer there. He attracted quite a crowd and was very realistic. He even fooled a pigeon that decided to stand on his head. I missed it, but it even had a peck of his hair.
