this was before we started the coals and closed the lid. We smoked this duck for something like 5 hours...it was delicious! You can see pics of the finished product in the previous photos.

day 87 - the famous veal piccata with cavatappi amatriciana. they sprinkle romano cheese on everything. i had a peroni with dinner of course. (p.s. HUGE portions plus they give you this amazing bread. i took half of this home for lunch tomorrow.)
