I'm starting alongside my wife a new photography project I had been postponing for years.

Today everything goes by Instagram and Facebook rather than Flickr, where I have more than 11K friends/follower and in my most active moments was one of the top 50 photographers of the site.

I hope many of my followers here could join us on this new project, following or commenting in our social medias that I leave at the end.

Anyway, 80 is the biggest landmark that I've hit yet. And follower growth has slowed down greatly. So, I need some ideas for an 80 followers celebration. I'd like some suggestions for what to do...I might would do a contest, but then again I might be saving that until 100.

January has been very busy with me at my (newish) job. I've done a lot of looking and am really excited about the number of excellent new minifgs TLG has been revealing!

Actual lego time has been quite restricted though.

My brickarms entry has been my first foray into a new type of building so we will have to wait and see

Alright I know I’ve had 💯 followers for a while but I just thought of a contest! You have to make characters from one of my top ten favorite movies which are Batman ‘89, The Empire Strikes Back, Weird Science, Wayne’s World, Die Hard, Step Brothers, Superman ‘78, Aliens, and The Terminator.

I'm so happy because this morning I got 100 followers! I think that's pretty good for only having been on Flickr for 47 days. First, I'll tell you 10 facts about me and Lego.

1. Lego is my only hobby

2. I estimate I have about 40,000 to 50,000 Lego bricks

3. I have about 150 minifigures

4. My favorite Lego themes are Atlantis and Classic Space

5. The largest Lego set I have ever owned is the Parisian Restaurant

6. My favorite Lego set I have ever owned is also the Parisian Restaurant

First I want to thank Connor for all the tips and help, I have learned a lot.

I'm so delighted with my new flash, so I'm trying to learn the strobist techniques and more about sports.

Manipulation of the light is so amazing, well, as I always say, Photography is painting with light in a black canvas, isn't?

Triggering the flash wirelessly is great, the camera (Canon 60D) and the Flash (Canon 430EX II) communicate themselves through the built-in flash without any other device.

What I really like about having an external flash is that you can manipulate the light to avoid photoshop. You can see the original picture below.
