From my first post in late August of each year to now, I've gained over 100 followers! ONE HUNDRED! That's a large milestone to pass— I was initially hoping for a hundred by the the August of NEXT YEAR!

To everyone that liked, commented, or just simply looked over my photos, I just want to thank you all so much for the support! I appreciate the likes on all my photos, but comments are by far the best! It's cool to see what other people think about my stuff :)

I was attempting to create the number "100" with the arrow and Naka ring peices. Sorry if it was unclear, but yeah, that's what it was supposed to be :/

And yeah, new sig-fig! Recently got the Jay CMF from the Lego Ninjago Movie and gave my sig-fig Jay's hair and scarf. The scarf piece is soooo goood!!

Poured watercolour on 140 lb. Arches, C.P. The white misket was poured first and then the colour in various steps. The flowers and leaves were then painted negatively. The misket was removed and then the stems were painted. I love this method but find I must do it outdoors and wear old shoes and clothing as I tend to be very messy.

Within a year from 100 to 200! For me that's insane.

If I didn't discovered Flickr, I probably wouldn't build anymore and that is crazy to think about, so I'm greatly thankfull for using this platform and also seeing wonderfull builds from people all over the world!

Well, yesterday I reached 100 followers on Flickr. I have to say I'd never thought I would get this far. I first started getting more into DC and custom figures in early 2018. Since then I've looked at Flickr from time to time to adore the amazing customs on here. However it wasn't until earlier this year that I first started my Flickr account, and while this site mY be dying it has been absolutely wonderful getting to share my figs with you guys. In the span of a few months I've gotten to talk to some of my favorite Flickr-ers (Killer Moth, Lord Allo, HMD BrickCustoms, etc). It has been absolutely wonderful sharing both my passions of Lego and DC Comics! I hope to stay on this site till it's very end. Once again thanks all of you for being wonderful people to talk to and share my figures with! Here's to 100 followers! (I guess maybe I should do a contest or something but IDK...)

2000 Followers...

Holy crap!

When I first started out, in June 2014, I never would've thought that 1. I would ever reach this milestone and 2. That I would even still be posting here on ol' Flickr in 2020, 6 years later.

I wrote a blog post a few weeks ago as I was nearing 2k, that I'll link at the end, that consisted of me reflecting on how the Flickr LEGO Community has changed during the 6 years that I've been apart of it.

I won't ask you to go read that, but the TL;DR version is basically that I'm somewhat sad of what Flickr has become. The website itself has become less user-friendly, which is a real shame and has pushed lots of people away from the platform, and I'm also sad that the community is not as vibrant as it once was...

But maybe that's a good thing? I dunno, maybe that's just the optimist in me talking, but what Flickr is now isn't so much a bunch of bouncy kids hyper-actively sharing their passion for LEGO.

Instead, it's become a place for TFOL's and AFOL's alike to share their LOVE of LEGO, no matter if the posts they make get the same amount of faves and comments that they used to. Those of us that are left have fought through the depression era of this silly site and are in something of it's golden era. I know how far-fetched that sounds, but that thought is what's keeping me going, I guess...

I'm truly grateful for everyone who still enjoys my posts to some degree, and I hope to continue to be as active as ever on this account.

Hey everyone! I'm at the stage where Reyda is ready to go for Beta testing!

Aside from missing her journal (as I’d like her story to be a surprise) and the armor I’d like her to wear she's pretty much as she'll be on release. I’d like testers to take a run around Skyrim with Reyda and report back how you find travelling with her, how she looks in your game and just generally if you notice any big bugs.

Screens are very welcome! I’d love to see how Reyda looks in your game.

Reyda can be found in Bleak Falls Sanctum carving her way through the dead that lurk there.

The area around Kanazawa was part of ancient Kaga Province. The name "Kanazawa" (金沢, 金澤), which literally means "marsh of gold", is said to derive from the legend of the peasant Imohori Togoro (literally "Togoro Potato-digger"), who was digging for potatoes when flakes of gold washed up. The well in the grounds of Kenroku-en known as 'Kinjo Reitaku' (金城麗澤) to acknowledge these roots. The area where Kanazawa is was originally known as Ishiura, whose name is preserved at the Ishiura Shrine near the Kenrokuen Gardens.

So, this is really just to show some updated looks, and to show off the whole of Supermans Justice league. Ideally, I would have given Killer frost a more icy weapon, but I don't have any. I would've edited the sword to look more icy, but doing that buggers up the pictures, and means you can't zoom in. So, for now, just imagine her holding an icy sword. I just got word from then man: We're late again!

Yesterday morning I was quite relaxed before Explore hit me hard. I had a vague idea what I wanted to do for the 350th follower, but at 343 that's quite a while to go, no need to do something hasty. Now I'm well beyond 370 with 33 new followers, thanks to having the 3rd place in Explore.
