Pigeons wait patiently for the next person to come along and feed them on the waterfront at Gravesend in Kent.
All barn/stable area have their legions of birds. You name a bird and somewhere they will show. Pidgins, sparrows, starlings, hawks and the list goes on, different area have different birds.

With names like dumpster diver, flying rat, bin chicken and tip turkey, these birds aren't exactly the favorite of the Ozzies. With declining habitat due to urbanization, these birds have adapted by moving into the urban environment and scavenging, making themselves out to be pests.
Yeah, the Mission sometimes seems like a neighborhood run by a secret cartel of discarded cardboard, candy wrappers, and pigeons.
Many people call the pigeons in Amsterdam 'flying rats'. Lots of them are filthy indeed. But this group of pigeons looked healthy and beautiful and were sparkling with all their colours in the wintery sun.

New testament books (Matthew, Mark and John) all mention Jesus miraculously walking on water. It was no miracle.

Matt and I hung around the square area at Granville Island for ages because the sun was shining and it was a great place to just chill and people watch.
We got talking to some people from Edmonton (city about 180 miles north of Calgary). Their kids had some bird seed and were holding it in their hands....some of the birdies got very brave and I was able to get quite a few shots.
