I've seen this done before from another photographer, I loved his work so much I thought I'd try it out... not as good as what I have seen, but I still love it, it makes feel like I'm there, paddling my feet in the salty water.

My photo was taken at Beaver Brook from Bouchard's Bridge where the cattails had all turned to fluff. This one reminded me of an old man with a fluffy little goatee.

OK, so I had this pink tie and I couldn't think of what I should stitch onto it. So I decided to clear my mind and use the first word that popped into my head. Because I'm a guy, the first four things that popped into my head were a little seedy, but the fifth word seemed to fit perfectly.

Fluff.

So that's what I stitched.

Fluff is 56" long, and the embroidery is 6" top to bottom. I didn't measure bottom to top, but if my math is right, there shouldn't be much of a difference.

I like how fluffy the fluff is!

Interlac (and if you have made it that far, you know what it is) had photo pages during the years before the internet, when the members wanted to know what everyone else looked like. One time, we assembled the Interlac Pet Photo Pages, and this photo is part of that project. This is Mike Raub's cat Fluff.
