Traditionally meat floss is made from pork or fish, turkey meat floss is a “hybrid” of the traditional that my family makes with leftover thanksgiving turkey. The turkey in this recipe can be replaced with chicken, pork, or fish as the process is the same no matter what type of meat you use.
Ingredients:
-Cooked Turkey Meat (preferably breast meat)
-fish sauce (to taste)
Tools:
-a ceramic bowl
-a serving tray
-a wok
What to Do:
Shred the turkey with your fingers into chopstick size strands. Place shredded turkey on the serving tray (or a flat surface) and use the bottom of a ceramic bowl to “rub” the meat until its fine and fluffy (pick a spot, use the ceramic bowl to push down on the turkey and "twist" your arm).
Next, add fish sauce to taste and stir fry the turkey over medium-high heat until dry.
The Scavo Community Center is a realized dream shared by many stakeholders, sponsors and partners. There are some 25 of them listed on the sign that marks the entrance to not only the dental clinic, but a medical clinic too.
Representatives from Delta Dental and Mid-Iowa Health Foundation, the principal benefactors that made the dental clinic possible, were on hand to wield the giant scissors that made it official. So was Gentry, the first African-American elected to the Des Moines School Board and a long-time member of the Delta Dental and Mid-Iowa Health Foundation boards of directors.

We both had their 卤肉饭 (braised pork rice)~ There was a portion of minced braised pork, hard-boiled egg, chicken (or pork - can't tell) floss and this little piece of fried beancurd which tasted weird~
Both of us didn't like it. I can't say that it's god-awful, but it's certainly bad!

January 7, 2013 - First day back to school and work. I slept badly with weird dreams all night, and the dog kept whining to go outside. The day speed by, but I was happy to be busy. The children were happy when they got home from school, and played together with no fighting. I worked before and after dinner, then finally put the computer down and had a nice long talk with my friend. It was so good to catch up.
