Is anyone else stress eating? I usually try to stay away from carbs and sugar. But some really pressing deadlines are coming and today I just cracked and went and got this pastry. I think I have this weird relationship with food where I’m either eating more because of stress, eating as a reward after hard work, eating as a celebration after an event, or eating to express my feelings of love and missing when I meet with someone I haven’t seen in a while. Or maybe I’m too harsh on myself and a pain au chocolat once in a while ain’t gonna kill no one.
