This purty old Ford truck, probably about a 1935 1 1/2 Ton, was at the Lakeland Cruisers Cruise Night on Friday. I've seen it around before but didn't get a decent picture of it earlier. Great looking old truck!
This is just one of the many trucks that were at the Wapato Showdown this year.. I got a lot of pickups and a couple of panel trucks and I didn't half cover the area..Fred said there were over 400 entries this year and more trucks than usual... Happy Truck Thursday, Everybody!!!!!
A mush-mash of design elements I found on rebrickable that I liked. No real life basis, but wanted something to stand out amongst my other vehicles
A Lake District landscape, flatbed scanned from an Ilford Multigrade II RC print made in my old darkroom. I took the photo in 1988 on Kodak TMax 100 ASA 35mm film (home developed using Kodak TMax developer), using a Nikon F301 SLR with a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 standard lens. I burned the sky in during the print exposure, so no need for a 'graduated filter' when processing the TIF file in Cap One Pro 21, where I also gave this digitised version a very light split-tone.
This was one of the classics at the car show I attended a while back.. I think they had more trucks than cars but then I didn't get to cover the whole show.. Legs gave out... Happy Truck Thursday, Everybody!!
I'm proud to present more angles of Flatbed submarine from The Abyss movie. I put near picture the original sketches from Ron Cobb who was the concept artist of these wonderful vehicles.
Rear view is the best angle to show details of propellers of Flatbed.
