I've copied this car from Johnni D. quite a while ago. Now with all those blue and turquoise^w medium azure bricks, I wanted to have another color variant. Unfortunately there wasn't a single 1x2 jumper in the loot, so I had to improvise and massively change the innards of the front to use a normal 4x6 bonnet instead.

Here it is on a wet road with nearly no light, I like it nonetheles.

Standing on the events field at Beamish Museum is this beautifully restored 1918 Peugeot 1525 flatbed truck, now UK registered BF 9728.

The truck was originally built for the French army during the First World War and was despatched to Verdun as a troop carrier.

A total of 4085 1525's were manufactured between 1917 and 1920. Very few of them remain, and this example is the only one in the UK.

The truck was at the museum as part of their Transport Gala of September 2022.

Toy Project Day 2507

This purty old Ford truck, probably about a 1935 1 1/2 Ton, was at the Lakeland Cruisers Cruise Night on Friday. I've seen it around before but didn't get a decent picture of it earlier. Great looking old truck!

Not your usual flatbed. Bed is lower. Maybe for hauling equipment.
