They must have stopped to let the rear end crew close up the mainline switch at DB because the Detroit Superior bridge is only at the back of this shot.

Diagonal lines & zigzags -- most dynamic & active in leading the eye, & the effect of unresolved tension between flat & upright.

Interesting discussion, as different eyes moved in different ways. Only a few first went to the young women, & those who did were divided on whether they then went up the pillar or over to the stairs & up diagonally. Most went immediately to the stairs, but some went up & some went down, & I think one person said he started on the white pillar. But everyone circled around in one way or another.

Photographed along the Kinabatangan River. An incredible encounter where it let us get very close and just watched us for a minute or so. Then, not 5 minutes later an Otter Civet ran past us!!

Quite impressed with the lens performance here, at about 2/3 of its max. range. According to TPE and Google Earth this was taken from over 11 km (7miles) away. It took a few shots as the wind was catching the lens. Sigma 150-500.
