Step back into 2010!

I still remember taking these photos! This was taken when the 10th anniversary Bratz just dropped on store shelves and my initial hype over them was so fresh! I quickly restyled and snapped some pics! I think these were the first photos I took of them, idk why I once deleted these but they had to make a comeback!

Just another view of the Harbour Bridge area I stumbled across in my archives...

This Flashback takes us to a day in August in the mid 1990s . We see Apache Police Officer Alan Pop assisting Apache Memorial Hospital EMS on medical call . Today the hospital is now called Regional Medical Center and Officer Pop is now Deputy Chief

2014 Flashback

Here is a look back at the year's creations! I'm actually a little surprised that I managed to build more than one per month, but I do not want to commit myself to reach a certain number. Rather fewer models in high quality than the opposite. Thanks to everyone who participated and commented. Happy New Year!

Itabashi, Tokyo, Japan.

His name was "Raymond Crock"... Some called him "The Crocodile". His family practically owned the school... He was so rich. But, he commonly abused his power. Almost killing kids, and just throwing money at them so he wouldn't get arrested. So, we went after him. So all this sh#t could stop happening... But... something terrible happened.

Walking down the river

A pair of SOO, ex-MILW MP15s switch out at Nahant Yard in Davernport. IA, where I'm sure they spent time in both their SOO and MILW days! Never thought I'd see a MP15 running on CP again.

Found an old photo in the Rosewood Asylum...

Camden Lock Market, Camden Town, London NW1

Camden Lock Market is one of London's markets well-known for its offerings of books, new and second-hand clothing, handicraft, knickknacks, furnishings and downmarket jewellery.

I'm expediting the uploading of the vintage 1997 London & West Country trip as I want to return to the normal posting or more recent images. Also, as my work place is finally banning access to flickr due to it being a personal digital storage site, please forgive me that I won't be able to respond to all your comments and not right away from now on.

Ready for combat in the garden November 2011

Flashback to this day last year and having a too-brief lunch with the one and only @jrtski

Takes us back to Milwaukee, WI in 2006. Here we are passing some CN power in CP's Mitchell yard.

O no. I washed my dress in hot water. March 2012

A rare photo of me in trousers from September 2008

A trident throwback has arrived. Every time I looked at the previous addition I thought I could seriously improve it so thought why not delete and reupload and in 48 hours it has been viewed as many times as in almost 8 years.

I loved the tridents, they were what I was brought up on and by the end had a certain level of nostalgia as you could just see them start to to dwindle yet still being some of the most comfortable buses ever to exist as the seats were top notch and never seemed to get bashed.

They spent time on almost every route in the city and had travelled across every part of the region in their 18 year span. Taking centre stage here is one of the four photos of Lothian Buses Transbus trident 689 that I own. I still remember this day at the Gyle Centre clearly as the sun had just come out at the start of the summer and was about to make my way down to Leith.

At the time I thought that a trident riding a service 21 was incredibly rare, however looking back I realised it was a rather common occurrence, yet there were many single decker's interjected across the route until I think 2019 when the route got fully upgraded to double decker status. So, here we see Lothian buses 689, riding a service 21 to the Royal Infirmary having literally just departed the terminus.

Takes us to LaCrosse, WI August of 2008.

Because of old MILW road miles based contractual obligations, the road switch jobs out of LaCrosse paired St. Paul conductors with Portage engineers. Since one job went east to serve customers all the way to Tomah (about 40 miles), Portage conductors could 'recapture' the miles. With only having three years of seniority, I could hold this day job with weekends off. Occasionally my brakeman was a 40 year veteran.

Most days we would take cars over the Mississippi river to La Crescent, MN to interchange with the ICE railroad. Road switchers had little priority over road trains and today is no exception. Here we are waiting for train 891 to pass and we will follow him west.

Three MRL units were assigned to the 890/891 train set for about a month.

The shot was taken shortly after a rain shower. Looks like the weed sprayer needs to come through the yard.

Juniata Terminal's PRR painted E units head back home after visiting Chicago for National Train Day, Taken in Ogden Dunes, IN.

An oldie from a shoot for my friend Korina Emmerich, who happens to be a featured designer on Project Runway this season! Go say hi, she's awesome.

strobism: 1 ab800 through sb cam left as main, one 580exII onto bg, both fired via PW's.

Recreating a scene from days gone by, Olympian 16117 in place of a hybrid on the Hospital Direct 59 on Friday with a Renown in place of StreetLite on the the Thistle Line 3. Both of these types are likely to be withdrawn in the next 18 months yet both called into service today in place of more modern types. What will operators use as backups when these old faithful types get culled by DDA deadlines.

This is another flashback to warm weather, with a new treatment in post.

to when jackson couldn't even crawl, to when i was an oly user (gasp!) and to when i had no clue what life had in store for us.

anyway, it's pouring rain so this is snagged from the archives, one of my most favorite of jackson only made better because he was wearing mama's favorite color. ;)

Created in Frax. Thanks for comments and fave adds. Always appreciated.
