My submission for "Energy" , the 3rd challenge theme for the
Canon Photo Marathon held in Singapore on 10th Oct 2009.
This is the original version as submitted for the challenge.
This is my 3rd Canon Photo Marathon. Pretty fun shooting for the challenges that are announced every 3 - 4 hours. One had to wait for the challenge theme to be announced , rush off to shoot & submit within ~ 3 hours. The no editing part is a good exercise for photographers to get their technicals right. The standard this year was lower IMO , but there were a couple of really excellent shots which were brilliant.
Oh!! and I did not win again......there is always next year ..... maybe I'll change to a Canon DSLR.............no , maybe I'll just borrow one. !!
Before I forget , thanks to Canon for organizing this !!
It's that time of year again! This is not the first time I will have barbecued in 2010 (the coals are heating as I type). But, it's the most pleasant weather!
