The 12 gauge wire from the eighth light fixture is shown here being routed into the ninth light fixture. I just need to take the wire strippers and the red wingnuts to finish the wiring.
This fixture is a little bit easier than the others since I do not need to bring extra wire for another fixture.
Sidewalk Stu is a fixture of Vancouver's artsy Commercial Drive area, known as The Drive. He is hanging out everyday (often by the liquor store) playing his harmonica with his cap out for donations. Local busker, lively musician, heart of a poet.

I don't know about this one. I wish I had my ring flash with me to shoot this one, but I did not.
Set 580 on floor at about 1/16 aimed up towards the knob to try and get rid of the ambient shadow, and at the same time a 580 at about 1/16 with softbox overhead. Still could not get rid of the shadow below the knob.
PTlens and PS transform - warp to straighten things up.
Nik tonal contrast on the knob. And White neuttralizer to pump up the whites.

The fourth light fixture is shown here, mounted and wired. The reflector has been installed and the light bulbs put in.
I like this shot for a number of reasons. First of all, this shows the "built to last" steel trussed roof architecture in the casino. Despite decades of neglect, it appears worn but stable. What interests me most though are the ornate fixtures where a chandelier would be hung. Instead of a chandelier, cheap industrial metal halide lights are hung instead. To be fair, this may have been something that was done as the place closed (remove the chandeliers, replace with HPS lights).
