The image you sent me shows a close-up of a red brick wall with white paint peeling off. Tiling behind the door sucks. Here's why:

If we pull the door off, then the cats insist on coming in the bathroom and walking all over my fresh tiles. If we leave the door on, we can't get behind it to tile it. Catch 22.

I have to make a Lowe's run tomorrow (surprise, surprise) and I'm hoping I have an idea to fix all that.
