Well located, nice view, held by a "developer" for a few years while water poured through the roof .... Grrrr. You got the time, money and guts to take this on? Give me a ping.

Rusty old BC Rail passenger car -- on a rusty old barge floating in Burrard Inlet!
If anyone here has heard what it's doing out there, I'd be very interested to know!
One of several old cabins near the East Portal of the Moffat Tunnal in Colorado. I think these used to be used by the railroad to house people to care for the tunnel.

June 15, 2012 - "As The Pendulum Swings" Day 12 - Harris Beach State Recreation Area to Humbug Mountain State Park, Oregon.
After climbing up and down Humbug Mountain, we walked under the 101 bridge, following Brush Creek to the beach. The wind was chilly but this was the first time on the trip we were ble to enjoy a beach. Mrs M was chilly so she hung out on some warm dark rocks (the back wall of that beach house) out of the wind and watched the waves, the bathing seagulls and the seals a few feet offshore. I wandered around taking way too many pictures but in my defense, it was a really nice beach.
