Five Hole Arch, aka Colonnade Arch, is just left of center, with three windows or holes visible from this perspective. Two other holes open upwards, lighting the alcove.
A storm threatens from the northwest, but it slid to the northeast, barely skirting this area.

Varyap Meridian is a complex of five high rise buildings completed in 2013 and located in the Ataşehir district of Istanbul. The highest of them (Varyap Meridian Block A) is 192 metres tall.
Solanum mammosum is commonly known as nipplefruit, titty fruit, cow's udder, or, ambiguously, "Apple of Sodom". It is an annual or tender perennial plant in the Solanaceae family, part of the Solanum or nightshade genus, and a relative of the tomato and potato. This poisonous fruit is native to South America, but has been naturalized in the Greater Antilles, Central America and Caribbean. In Chinese culture it is known as five fingered eggplant. The plant is commonly used for festival floral arrangements especially for celebrating Chinese New Year. It has been considered as symbol of wealth due to the golden color and long lasting shape, and symbol of ‘five generations living together’, which to many Chinese, is symbol of traditional family value, happiness and prosperity .
Today happens is Chinese New Year, so I have one in my living room on my orange color table! In the first day of Chinese New Year, I Wish you all a Happy, Healthy and Wealthy New Year !!

The Hawker Sea Fury was a British naval fighter-bomber developed in the late 1940s, known for its exceptional speed and handling as one of the fastest piston-engine aircraft ever built. It featured a massive Bristol Centaurus 18-cylinder radial engine, producing around 2,500 horsepower, requiring a five-blade Rotol propeller to efficiently convert power into thrust without excessive diameter or supersonic tip speeds. This propeller design allowed the Sea Fury to achieve excellent acceleration, climb performance, and short takeoff distances, which were crucial for carrier operations. The combination of its powerful engine, advanced aerodynamics, and five-blade propeller made the Sea Fury a formidable aircraft, famously used during the Korean War, where it even managed to shoot down a MiG-15 jet.

Red Foxes provide such a pleasurable splash of color amid the otherwise relatively monochromatic landscape of winter. I've been watching the fox population up here for decades and it's interesting the way that every five years or so, the fox community undergoes a shift in color .... For a few years, they will all be Red, as now. In some years, you begin to see numerous foxes with coats of many colors, a sort of calico of black, red and white .... Then for a number of years you see only black foxes.
This, at first look, seems like maybe it would be simple genetic drift within the population, but it appears to be cyclical and therefore one might suspect some variable influence within the environment.
This year, fox and lynx populations are low, an effect of an extremely low ebb in the amount of snowshoe hares available for dinner.
Interestingly, and this is an established fact, albeit one which has never been adequately explained ..... The abundance of rabbits in the northland follows a regular rise and fall, more of a boom and crash, which is closely correlated with the 11 year cycle of sunspot activity. This year, along with a nearly total lack of magnetic storms on the 90 million mile distant sun, we have almost no snowshoe hares ... they are rare.
At other times, during solar maximum, they are virtually everywhere .... At those times, in the course of a drive along the Alaska Highway, you will see literally hundreds of rabbits. Now, virtually none.

Five Points Fountain is the centerpiece of a small landscaped area in this somewhat funky village section of Columbia. The fountain area is used as a gathering spot by locals for events such as a seasonal concert series and a large St. Patrick's Day celebration. Five Points is known for dining, shopping, and an active night life fueled by students from the nearby University of South Carolina.
A five pack of mixed GEVOs crests over the top of Ash Hill with a Intermodal train off of Pier E in Long Beach, the train just got passed by a high priority Z-train and will follow behind it on flashing yellows down to Amboy.
