Hiking around Five Finger Point on the north shore of Squam Lake

Found this shiny five cent silver coin in the walls of the baby's room. I googled it and in it's current condition it's not really worth anything more than an interesting story. Greg said that he found similar loot in the walls of his place when he was renovating. Maybe an olde tyme construction superstition?

Five Below added two locations to Hampton Roads on August 30th: one in Newport News' Jefferson Commons, and this location in Portsmouth's Victory Crossing, which is the first and only store of theirs in the city. The store sprawls across what used to be two separate clothing stores, and the horizontal layout gives it a feel that's different from your typical Five Below with a vertical layout. Upon entry, seasonal is along the left wall, the register area, party, and candy are along the front wall, beauty and workout are along the back wall, with the restrooms and stockroom behind it, and the Beyond section and toys are along the right wall. The aesthetic is just Five Below's current look with a warehouse ceiling and polished concrete floor. I've never been too impressed with Victory Crossing's tenant roster, but this certainly is a good addition to the center, especially since there were previously no other locations between Hampton Roads Crossing and their store in Greenbrier Square.
