Ulistac Natural Area, Santa Clara CA
While taking the photograph of one of these lovebirds much further away, 2 more flew in just in front of me. I think they were curious.
There are 4 lovebirds at the park. There are also a LOT of Northern Mockingbirds, and some of them are now mimicking the parrots.

Fischer’s lovebirds drink daily and live near water. They are not migratory but will migrate if water sources become unavailable. On particularly hot days, they can be found near water holes or water sources where they can drink several times throughout the day.
