First impressions...
•Focus is fast and solid - no hunting around.
•Shutter release button felt soft initially, but I'm used to it already.
•Very very quiet.
•White balance is much better, even in mixed lighting situations.

Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 VC served me well for a good part of this decade. And just as we come to a close, second Tamron A025E SP 70-200mm f/2.8 Di VC USD G2, is inducted.

that was the best suit i ever owned short pants n every thing.....
it was so stylish i had to wear it for weddings holidays days out on and on and on..
plus ive just had this hair cut done again..i knew it would be fashionable one day...

I have been taking pictures as an ameture for 35 years with a number of diferent 35mm cameras with some good results if I take my time setting up my shots. I still have a lot to learn and have found this site to be a great help. I want to thank all the knowlagable individuals I will be dealing with in advance and hope we have a long and frutfull relationship.
