This is the picture in our hall at work. The building is a converted Victorian grain storage building. Built in 1887, the year of Queen Victoria's jubilee. Now has recording studios and design studios mostly now.

So, I came home tonight to find fire trucks lining my block and several others around. Turns out there was a fire on Hudson between Jane and Horatio. This shot looking down Horatio from Hudson. When you live in a walk-up tenement building in NYC, its easy to get nervous when you see a bunch of fire trucks in front of your building.

Follow up, it was a wealthy persons roof deck that caught fire. The pergola is toast.
