Yellow fire hydrant in the snow.

No filters or coloration were used.

This is merely an attempt to capture the detail this camera is capable of.

I came across this in the back roads( off Neaves) of North Maple Ridge. I did not know that fire hydrants were likely to be donning such a hat, but it was raining that day...

a more Plain Design....non the less still a good looking Hydrant.

but there are Similar Ones made by other Companies so ill look on the Hydrant for Brand Markers.

I loved the creeping vines all around this one.

Looking down deep into a fire hydrant. I'd never looked inside one before.

I found it a little strange to find this fire hydrant in a natural forest area.

I tried to do one of those dramatic contrast-y images and make the hydrant look kinda grimy even though there's a pretty nice house in the background. Otherwise it's pretty boring...like my day has been...so this is all I got.

Never really noticed this hydrant until today, it's pretty interesting when you think about all of the things that you pass by every day...
