Filet of pork, marinated in a sauce of:
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1tsp 'moutarde à l'ancienne' (wholegrain) mustard
• a splash of Maggi
• juice of 1/6 lime
• salt & freshly ground black pepper
Wrapped in prosciutto, and baked for ±20 minutes in a microwave combi oven, micro 1/180°C (350°F)
Let stand for ±5 minutes before carving, ladle some sauce into the middle of the mash.
