the cat's name is feodor (after dostoyevski, since he's a siberian forest cat), but these days, everyone calls him "The Fi" -- he's a very sweet cat, and the kids ADORE him.

We do not have any crocuses in our yard (and I have not spied my neighbors') so I have been keeping an eye out for these guys. Imagine my surprise when I walked out this morning and found them looking all perky and large. How did I miss them all this time? I like to imagine that they sprang energetically from the earth last night and grew a bunch this morning.
Because seriously. How did I miss those?
Anyway. Spring. Is coming. Phew. I do not think I've ever longed for Spring as much as I do this year. Thanks 365 for that!
