A man and his dog walking along the beach in downtown Traverse City.

What good is having a dog if you can't exploit him photographically?

Taken with our new 180-600mm equivelant lense!

This was the coolest dog ever. He's been out on the beach everyday with his family and he LOVES playing fetch and swimming. The kids were even riding waves in on his back like he was a dolphin!

Built in 1892-2893, this historic mansion is high up on a hill and overlooks the old industrial city of Paterson, NJ. Some rooms house historic artifacts, including mementos of the Wright aircraft engine company. To protect the historic artifacts, flash is not permitted. Thus, my apologies for the quality of some of these shots.

A photography project for OSU, The Ohio State University. It involved animals and I got to take pictures of the lovely livestock from OSU farms.

That dog was bounding over the rocks and into the pool for his ball.

Nachdem der Besen geschwungen wurde! Man bin ich stolz!

Cleo is 10, and she has arthritis and bad hips. She runs two miles with me in the morning, and she's a crazed ball chaser. She hobbles after these balls, and my heart breaks for her. It's clear she's in pain, but she won't stop chasing them and barks incessantly if you don't throw for her.

Z, my dog, is in the middle somewhere. Heading out to retrieve a stick, his favourite past-time.

This lovely old fellow seriously did chase the huge log around like a stick in the water and tried to drag it out to take to his owner at one point.

Today was the start of our eleven day dog adventure. While my uncle and his family vacation in sunny Florida annually, we watch their two dogs. I'm not sure who enjoys this time more, the dogs or the kids. We played outdoors all day and the dogs were both beat tired by nightfall. Yes, there is STILL snow in the backyard :(
