'It's mine!'

... 'No! It's mine!'...

oh... OK then... 'we share?!'...

Z, my dog, is in the middle somewhere. Heading out to retrieve a stick, his favourite past-time.

16th January 2007

With more warm weather on the way, an early morning game of fetch is in order.

A camper enjoying the long weekend playing fetch with his dog.

I decided to see what was like if I were to take a long exposure for playing fetch with my girlfriends dog with a glow in the dark kind of light above. And this is a photo that I got.

I was asked to design this for a local Art night fundraiser for Fetch for a Cure (they help older dogs who have cancer)

The oval pieces are made from PMC (precious metal clay - .999 fine silver once fired in my kiln) and the chain is sterling silver.

Kelso and Chloe playing fetch.

Still working on focusing for sharper action images.

RMC Tokina 35-70mm 3.5 M42 mount manual focus lens. I didn't notice until I downloaded this photo that I'd taken it just as my son snapped the stick in half, but you can see the sawdust from the break hanging in the air.

My Dog Pluto playing fetch

Playing with Hazel outside, the setting sun made her coat look reddish golden.

Just testing out the different shutter speeds on my Minolta XG-1.

Rowtweiller playing fetch

I took a burst of shots of the dog in the middle of the picture, and accidentally caught a game of fetch.

You can see the dotted lines as the collie in the foreground follows the bright orange ball through the air.

What a dog party!

Chucke Cheeses. Had to stop so Rob could reminisce. Somewhere on Interstate 15

Cleo is 10, and she has arthritis and bad hips. She runs two miles with me in the morning, and she's a crazed ball chaser. She hobbles after these balls, and my heart breaks for her. It's clear she's in pain, but she won't stop chasing them and barks incessantly if you don't throw for her.

Playing fetch with one of her favourite toys...a plain old toilet roll!!!
