The Levitation Psych Fest lineup for this year is amazing! You should really check it out if you are a fan of this music! Brian Wilson and Super Furry Animals are who I am looking forward to the most!
I saw this man dancing at the beginning of Austin Psych Fest/Levitation last year. I wanted to add that I found this man quite beautiful and was quite entranced by him. He had that je ne sais quoi, that unbearable lightness of being that reminds us all of why we carry on existing relentlessly even when it's painful.
I walked over to him on the third day of the festival (this was taken on the first) and showed him this photo. There was a language barrier but I tried to explain that for a man he was very beautiful and shouldn't be embarrassed by it. Anyway, I have a better way with photos than words sometimes.

Si sfidano, per la conquista del palio, le due Parti nelle quali è divisa la città, la Nobilissima Parte de Sopra e la Magnifica Parte de Sotto, attraverso lo svolgimento di cortei in costumi medievali (XIII secolo circa - metà del XV), scene recitate di rievocazione di vita medievale nei vicoli della città ed esibizioni musicali: a decretare la Parte vincitrice è una giuria, composta da esperti di fama internazionale, cioè uno storico, un musicologo e una personalità del mondo dello spettacolo.[
Doing a little street photography during the Ice Fest in Carlisle, PA I happened upon a set of cornhole things made out of ice. These folks were have a grand time tossing bean bags at me for photos.

This was my first time attending and attempting fireworks at Global Fest, which is weird, since I've lived in Calgary for 16 years. It was hard to choose a favourite, but I did like the little starbursts on this one. I learned a bit and made a few notes for going to Global Fest in the future!
