The third annual Kite Fest was held yesterday at Coronado Heights Park. Located a few miles north west of Lindsborg, Kansas. This was my first time attending and seemed like the perfect chance to test out the new Pentax K3iii Monochrome DSLR. Coronado Heights rises roughly 300 feet above the surrounding country. On a clear day you can see for 30 to 40 miles.

People in this area decorate their porches for Porch Fest. Grassanova, the Blue Grass group Stu plays with will be performing in Trumansburg, NY today. Porch Fest is a big celebration in this area!

Fantasy Fest has been cancelled in the past as it has this Covid 19 year. We went to the Chesterfield Motor Fest on Sunday 18th August for the first time ever and realised what a great event we'd been missing. Loads of cars, bikes and scooters mainly post WWII but some earlier ones. There were lots of folk around so you have to include them. Who knew Royal Mail had Reliant Vans?
