During my keynote presentation at the Durham Blackboard Users conference (7th January 2014) I asked the audience what would constitute 'radical particaption' during the session (which was held in a large, modern lecture theatre).
Hey guys, I'd like your feedback on this MOC that I'm in middle of. It's not really fitting with what I had in mind and I am having some nagging doubts.
Should I break it? If not, what should I put on top? I was originally going for a very ornate wood/stone building with a wrap around balcony, but maybe it would be better as a curved wall? Tell me what you think!

It was Y11 Parents' Evening tonight, which meant a long day at work.
For the first time in ages, I saw the parents of every student in my class. It was also lovely to hear that there are a few students considering taking French at A-Level, which is wonderful news and means that since I've taught many of them for the majority of their time at secondary school, I haven't put them off!

We’re working alongside their team to help them with their holiday campaign and celebrating their 50th anniversary! The ZURB Wired 24-hour marathon is where our team and the team from one lucky local nonprofit get together to do something great in 24 hours. We spend the day helping the nonprofit solve a big challenge; whether it be marketing for an upcoming event, or completely overhauling their brand; and we get it all done in 24 hours.

Suggested flavours, Tom's Palette. Part of the decor at this ice cream parlour is a cork board with Post-it notes of feedback and suggested new flavours. The home-made ice cream comes in unusual flavours, while the usual ones seem extra dense and yummy. I've had salty caramel, chocolate (texture of fudge cake) and a taste of chrysanthemum which I thought too delicate. You get free tastes as some of the more unusual flavours may not wow some people.
A kueh lapis is a spiced Indonesian cake made in layers, while I think the writer means bubble tea and not tea with plain bubbles in it.
