This setup creates a feedback loop by connecting a virtual output port back to an input port. I also connected a LED to pin 9 for visual verification.
The period of oscillation is defined by network latency. In my case the round-trip latency is about 200 ms (I'm in China), resulting in frequency of about 2.5 Hz.
WINSTON-SALEM- The N.C. Department of Transportation wants your feedback on its Draft 10-Year State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), This is the first STIP developed under the new Strategic Transportation Investments law, which established the Strategic Mobility Formula.
NCDOT will hold a regional meeting on Tuesday, April 21, in Kernersville for Division 9, which includes Stokes, Forsyth, Davie, Davidson and Rowan counties. The informal meeting will be held at the Piedmont Triad Regional Council Conference Room at 1398 Carrollton Crossing Drive in Kernersville from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. It’s a chance for the public to stop in, ask questions and provide feedback on the process the department used to develop the Draft STIP.
Anyone who cannot attend a session in person, can easily view the materials and submit their comments electronically through MindMixer, an online public engagement tool. They will also have the option of participating through a webcast on April 23 during the statewide information session. Webinar details will be posted on both MindMixer and the STI Public Meetings page.
During the past year and a half, NCDOT has been working with the legislature, local planning organizations, and other stakeholders across the state to implement the law and develop the 2016-2025 State Transportation Improvement Program.
NCDOT is asking the public to provide feedback on:
· The process to develop the STIP and ideas for improvement
· The variety and geographic diversity of the projects
The 2016-2025 Draft STIP, is one of the department’s most comprehensive programs ever. The document includes 1,073 projects across all transportation modes and all 100 counties.
The Board of Transportation is expected to approve the Final 2016-2025 STIP in June, which will be the final step in implementing STI. Feedback from the information sessions will be used by the Prioritization Workgroup to determine changes to the process for the next round of project prioritization and development of the 2018-2027 STIP.
NCDOT will provide auxiliary aids and services under the Americans with Disabilities Act for disabled persons who want to participate in this meeting. Here is an example of a feedback session. Whiteboard sketches were photographed and then tapped to a whiteboard. The overlap is dense and the iteration is rapid.

During my keynote presentation at the Durham Blackboard Users conference (7th January 2014) I asked the audience what would constitute 'radical particaption' during the session (which was held in a large, modern lecture theatre).
Hey guys, I'd like your feedback on this MOC that I'm in middle of. It's not really fitting with what I had in mind and I am having some nagging doubts.
Should I break it? If not, what should I put on top? I was originally going for a very ornate wood/stone building with a wrap around balcony, but maybe it would be better as a curved wall? Tell me what you think!
During my keynote presentation at the Durham Blackboard Users conference (7th January 2014) I asked the audience to draw the 'architecture of participation' for their organisation.
More about architectures of participation here.
Candidate for 37/52 Weeks for dogs posting. I welcome all feedback, criticism, opinions, another candidate photo posted below in first comment. Explore # 97, 10/1/09
My one year old standard poodle, Jake. Taken on our evening walk. Jake is hot and tired out- and so you can easily see his beautiful black birthmark at the back of his tongue. I was walking my two dogs, and an off leash dog started to run in circles around us. My strong, giant Jake got all in tangles with me and my Lisette, and managed to get loose and to take off to play with the loose dog. All would have been fine, if we weren't in the middle of metropolitan Miami, right by a major artery at rush hour. I was frantic, trying to get Jake, before he ran right into the street. A passerby helped, and luckily we captured him, safe and sound. Then we continued on our walk-- and stopped at this lovely spot. What a scare my Jake gave me.

Climate science update: budgets, feedbacks and impacts informing strategies for greater resilience
Civil Society side-event at COP21.
Observer Rm 1 16.45-18.15 Day 2 1st December 2015
What changes in climate are expected in response to future carbon budgets? For various scenarios we present mitigation benefits, assess risks and highlight vulnerabilities. We consider strategies for resilient and sustainable human systems, such as food, livelihoods and urban infrastructure.

This is the visual equivalent of that loud squeal you hear if you've ever put a microphone too close to the speaker that is amplifying it. The sound goes into an accelerating circle called feedback and it has been known to crack open the weakly constituted's skulls on occasion, so use caution looking at this photo. I had the camera hooked up to the tv and took a picture of the screen which was displaying the viewfinder and that visual circle produced this result. Seems like there would be some interesting tricks to play here, This was just a quickie shot, otherwise, you wouldn't see out my front window
Suggested flavours, Tom's Palette. Part of the decor at this ice cream parlour is a cork board with Post-it notes of feedback and suggested new flavours. The home-made ice cream comes in unusual flavours, while the usual ones seem extra dense and yummy. I've had salty caramel, chocolate (texture of fudge cake) and a taste of chrysanthemum which I thought too delicate. You get free tastes as some of the more unusual flavours may not wow some people.
A kueh lapis is a spiced Indonesian cake made in layers, while I think the writer means bubble tea and not tea with plain bubbles in it.
I requested some feedback from the people who came to the Open IAI discussion on September 9, but forgot to ask if I could share their feedback openly, so I made this on Wordle to at least expose some things that got highlighted in what we heard.
