Out on a walk in search of hares again, I heard a commotion going on over in some dense woodland, a Jay was making a racket and another bird was squawking that I couldn’t make out what it was, as I scrambled through thorns and sticky buds I finally saw high in the branches of a huge ash tree this baby tawny owl, it was one of 2 they just stared back at me nonchalantly, let me take my picture and watched me leave, not a care in the world, I wish I could be that layed back.

Again a classic point of view of a classic subject. It seems I like it the classic way ... Since I am on Flickr I learned that it is perfectly fine to imitate other photographers .... the variation comes through imperfect imitation ;) The title and quote I took from a Pink Floyd song, I like the lyrics.
