I think Frank Spencer must have touched this as it's faulty and the council is too lazy to fix it!
On the corner near the NAB bank in Frankston.
State Senators Tim Larson and Cathy Osten told federal Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson that Connecticut residents need an immediate and massive infusion of federal aid of about $1 billion to repair their crumbling foundations, or risk losing their homes. Sens. Larson and Osten took part in an hour-long roundtable discussion at the Tolland Fire Training Center with federal, state and local authorities in hopes of convincing federal authorities to offer assistance to the nearly 1,000 Capitol-region residents who know or suspect their home foundations may have been made with faulty concrete. Secretary Carson said he would bring Connecticut's concerns to President Trump and the federal EPA "to help them understand the magnitude of what is going on." (June 4, 2018)

I had started this roll with a Trip 35 but I noticed mid-roll that the aperture blades didn't work and I was shooting at a constant f/22. So I rewound and reloaded this roll in the Agfa Optima 1535 I had with me and shot that, expecting some double exposures/phantom images from the Trip 35 by doing this.
Camera: Agfa Optima 1535 (double exposure on top of Olympus Trip 35)
Film: Polypan F @ ISO 50

our memory depends on a faulty camera in our minds.
What if we as humans grow as a whole, and not as individuals. We live as individuals, but help each other grow as one greater knowledgeable force.
Think of your soul as everything you know, or have learned. This includes everything ever learned up to this point about everything (who ever learned how to make fire, passed that knowledge on, whoever figured out to create an alphabet for everyone to use, down to knowing how to blow a bubble with gum.)
Now think of the human race as one giant soul that we all share a part of, and we're trying to grow the human race to an ultimate form of understanding and knowledge. You get a piece of someones soul every time you talk, interact, learn, or just have a smile with. You also pass on a bit of your soul to everyone you talk, interact, or teach with.
As we're young our brain and body has the power to rebuild these lost parts of our soul, but as we age and become older and wiser, we start to pass our soul on to younger generations and begin to not be able to rebuild our souls, so we slowly start to die. Not from our physical body, but the fact that you have passed to much of your soul on. The good die young, as they say.
Under this, we are all one, but separate. We help others, that help others, that help further progress the human soul as one giant knowledgeable entity.
