Italian peppers stuffed with ground turkey, breakcrumbs, egg, romano cheese, crushed red pepper, salt. Drizzled with olive oil and baked. I couldn't find the Hungarian hots I usually use with this dish, which was inspired by Robert Fatica at Primo Vino in Cleveland, OH.
Served with a delicious salad of bitter greens, tomatoes, sheep's milk feta, chick peas, and red onion.
