Facing the Sunset

Yesterday, after work, I walked from my house to the canyon above called Ward Canyon. It had been raining all afternoon. I stayed dry until the trail narrowed to the point that the leaves still dripping with rain water soaked my pants and shoes until there was nothing dry left.

 

But it was worth getting soaked for because of how fresh and new and beautiful everything was.
