1950 --- 1950- Two young women, wearing two-piece swimming suits, lay on their backs in a pool filled with oranges and their heads underwater. Two other women have pushed their heads only out of the oranges, several feet from the headless bodies, creating the effect of smiling heads floating away from headless bodies. Photo filed 11/9/1950. --- Image by © Bettmann/CORBIS
